Self check out is great. They always have the best little island of healthy snacks. Pharmacy is open for most of every day and they also deliver (for a fee) if you can't make it.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I have already informed Corporate of the abusive way I was treated by every employee in the pharmacy especially KIM. SHE SHOULD BE FIREDā¼ļø I have been dealing with Cvs for probably the past 15 years. I have never endured such abuse in my entire life. It all started I wanted because of a fractured leg my prescriptions to be delivered to my home, not through the Usps through Doordash, everything was delivered except for one Eliquis, which I need for heart medication.. when I called to question it they said it was because of my insurance company that turned out to be a lie. My insurance company called them and said I was told that I have to only pick it up at the drive-through or in the store, they didnāt have a reason because theyāve delivered it to my home before thatās where the problem started. I was running out of the Eliquis and I called them every day to find out if they fixed the system finally on the last day the fifth day of my calling and begging them to deliver it. I was screamed at and told to stop harassing them. The Eliquis wouldnāt be available to me with a decision for about 14 more days!! They heard me very upset and they screamed, even louder every employee that I spoke to said look stop rushing us. The pharmacist had said you canāt get the Eliquis. We donāt have a decision yet as to why we canāt deliver it.. I said OK well Iāll call Walgreens and theyāll take care of it. They said lots of luck youāre gonna have the same problem. Well they were wrong because I did call Walgreens and within an hour the Eliquis was delivered to my front door this place needs a complete haul. Iāve had other problems when I go to the drive-through they leave you sitting there for 20 minutes and when I say I have cars behind me, I was told look weāre low on employees. What would you like us to do. I urge you to investigate the pharmacy department at this location. What the gems in the pharmacy didnāt know Iām a physician. They lied over and over and they were downright abusive. You need to stay away from this place until it gets cleaned up. And hall is done to the employees, especially KIM . In calling my insurance company Humana to straighten it out in the beginning the supervisor at Humana said Iāve dealt with Kim before and she is intolerable. Sheās rude and I donāt know why they keep her. The supervisor called on my behalf and was treated the same way. I urge corporate and I wrote a letter to investigate that pharmacy.

The pharmacist or nurse at cvs on kolb and sunrise was extremely professional and kind. I can't remember her name but she was working on Sunday. great employee!

The 4-5 times I came to this cvs and pharmacy, the staff was very polite and you can see they care by the
way the pharmacists were thorough in answering my questions each time.

I am switching to Amazon Pharmacy. Last 2 months auto-fill has been anything but auto. They shouldnāt need to expedite or call my dr. when Iām getting text messages saying my Rx is ready.

I love this CV s on sunrise boulevard. The store manager, lori and sue are always so pleasant and helpful. When I come into the store, I was there this past weekend in the cold and cough aisle on Saturday and Sunday and had no idea what to get cause I never get sick and on both days lori and sue were so helpful and helping me find the right product. So I can feel better. Sue is just a delight at the cashier counter. She even asked me this morning how I was feeling. I had an opportunity to be greeted by Blanca today. I really do hate leaving negative reviews, but feel I've given ample opportunity for this location to change my mind and they keep letting me down. When the CVS on Swan and Sunrise closed, we had our prescriptions transferred to this location, and new prescriptions turned in here. I have had to call several times and have never got to speak to a person, left a message for a call back twice and never received a call back either time. Tried to schedule vaccines and the system wasn't working properly, so went down to the location for a walk-in flu shot. The clerk said it would be at least an hour wait and I really should schedule it online. I told her I tried, and she advised me that it wasn't letting her schedule any either and I should just try again some other day. The customer service seems to be lacking at this location if they won't ever answer a phone and don't return messages. Time to switch pharmacies after decades with CVS.
