It is physically impossible to call. I had an appointment with Minute Clinic and spent (no exaggeration) an hour of dropped calls and jumping through hoops to try and call the CVS through their nightmare 800 number.
No one could answer the question and instead of just saying no, there is absolutely no way humanly possible to ask a question regarding services with a human being at that particular CVS, they kept transferring me and putting me on hold because they couldn’t answer the question and they would not say directly it was impossible to call CVS directly.
I asked a pretty basic question and they kept giving me wrong answers that had nothing to do with the question.
They basically were just trying to get me to keep the appointment.
US health care at its finest.

I'm walking back after picking up my meds towards the counter to ask if I can use the restroom because I really had to pee (door was locked) and this young lady in a baggy shirt and sunglasses tells me she's not allowed to let people in. As a customer I have a hard time understanding that. I'm not some dirty vagrant. I work hard for a living.

This was a simple stop for a hair color item. And we weren't near our home to use our regular store. No problem here, a really large facility and seems like all new paint in the walls. We had to use self check out. I prefer a human, but this is what was offered. We would come again. Easy entry off Speedway Blvd.

I had a bad experience at the pharmacy, when I arrived the girl told me to sit down and she would wait for eleven o'clock.
Tomorrow to get a vaccine, after eleven o'clock they gave me to fill out a form, and then I had to wait in line, I think they should guide people correctly since time is valuable, I felt discriminated against for speaking Spanish and being Latino, I don't mind. They treated them in the best way, they immediately did the entire process for other people without having to take seats. Without a doubt I do not recommend this place to any Spanish speaker. I hope you take action.

Wonderful, Jannelle helped me print a photo. Then I asked what aisle the frames were on. I was very disappointed ? they didn't carry frames. But thank you for your help Janelle!

??a Wonderful shopping experience today w a spectacular cashier name Michael! W out going into much detail, he went above & beyond to help me look for an item I was interested in w much patience. Then he researched & found the items at the nearest CVS store. He is Kind and Courteous & sets a higher bar on what we should expect of cashiers yet, I'd say, he is a one-of-a-kind employee. I've been coming here for many years! Not many complaints other than yes, the pharmacy can be slow, but that's anywhere. They do drive thru Covid testing & that can hold up the drive thru a lot. That's my only issue here!

Please update the hours on your Google business listing. It says you close at 10:00 pm, but as of 9:45pm on a Friday, the lights are dark and it appears to have closed awhile ago. That was a 20 minute drive I didn't need to take.
