Always great service at CVS on Cortaro Rd, well staffed with knowledge of products.

Service is very bad…….they always want to charge whatever they want to charge for my medications…their thing is “prices change everyday…..manager does not know anything about delivering excelente customer service. I was there last week to pick up a prescription and her service was so bad I had to roll up my window and drive away. All my prescription where requested to transfer…I will never go back to this pharmacy

From someone that has worked in the medical field for nearly 30 years, I greatly appreciate this pharmacy! They are quick and efficient. I rarely ever have to wait at the drive up window. I see other negative reviews about hours of operation and/or not receiving a prescription from their doctors or problems with clarification on quantity or instructions, etc. Those issues start at your prescriber’s office. There are hundreds of software companies that all electronically prescribe medications and almost 99% of the time, if there is a problem with your prescription… it started at your doctor’s office. The software programs medical providers are forced to used are not as clear as they should be and yes… they make mistakes too. Pharmacies will almost always call, or fax your doctor’s office when a clarification needs to be made and many offices will not answer their phones or faxes and everyone gets upset at the pharmacy staff when in fact they are the ones trying to correct a mistake they did not make. And then, on top of that, they get the not so fun task of dealing with your insurance company as well. I just wanted to take a moment to give credit to an industry that is frequently met with unjust criticism. Thank you for making the process of dealing with my many prescriptions so much easier.

If you are self pay for prescriptions go to Walgreens, Albertsons or Safeway. These girls in the pharm drive thru tell me $30 is the average price for my prescription. When another guy helped me last month with a discount it was only $9. First girl was too lazy to look up discounts, the 2nd girl tells me untruth abt the price changes every day and it will probly be more expensive tomorrow. Like What!?! Since when?!? I pull over and look up rx discount and its $4 at Walgreens across the street. Transferred my prescription, bam I saved $26. Beware!!CVS pharmacy proved they are dishonest abt prices. Terrible. I will not shop there ever again. And your AI generated replies to reviews are just as lame & insulting.

Don't count on this place being open at 8:00am like they claim to be. 8:30 and the door still isn't open.

So it may mean nothing for it may mean something for you.
I called the store because online it says that some of the CVS's will make paper copies or offer copy services. So as I called the store and spoke to a male on the phone he told me no they didn't make copies. He didn't offer the fact that they do make copies at the other stores. When I mentioned that online it does say that he said oh yeah that is true but our store does not offer copies. So as I asked him which stores may offer copy services, he had no clue you would figure if you work there you would know some things but apparently he knows nothing cuz he only works that store as he says what happened to desire and passion. These days don't just work a job just to work it be about it. Know it. At least that's how I
roll.

Instead of reaching out to my doctor to confirm the quantity they just changed the duration of the medication from 7 days to 3 but didn’t even change the label to reflect and had me call my doctor to correct. Never have I seen an antibiotic only given for 3 days and I work in medicine. I know it’s an issue with both parties (doctor office and cvs pharmacy) but as a pharmacist you should’ve gotten this resolved instead of dispensing the medication and having the patient get it corrected.

prior to today I would of given 5 stars, but not today! Cvs on Cortaro rd marana, the shift supervisor Deborah was very rude to me, did not know how to process a return, her gun wasnt scanning the emai barcode, she took my phone and put it next to the ground, due to the glare from the windows and it wasnt scanning, She several times said my phone was too dirty to scan, my phone was not dirty, was clean and fingerprint free until she got ahold of it, took about 15 minutes dealing with her rudeness! I told her its probably from the glare, she said no, I enlarged the barcode and suggested she input the numbers under the code, she kept refusing, finally she did it and it worked, She had no business insulting me, when it was her inability to do her job, The regular manager was not there, I never had any issues with him or any other staff there.

Paul G., longtime store manager, and his team give this store a family-like feel. Shopping with Paul is like checking in with a neighbor or a cousin. He knows us by name and always makes the time to help us find everything we need. He follows the news of our lives, and we all appreciate him!

This is our local CVS location. The very first time we entered this store we were greeted immediately. We were impressed by how clean and organized the store was and how easy it was to find an employee to help. Today, we visited the store to pick up prescriptions for my husband and I wanted to get two vaccinations. Everything went smoothly...from completing the forms (for vaccinations) to getting the prescriptions filled. Pierce helped me at the counter; Ashley administered the shots and the Pharmacy Tech (Trudy?) assisted my husband. EVERYONE was exceptionally kind and helpful. A very pleasant experience. This continues to be our "go to" store for all our pharmaceutical and other needs. Management is equally impressive (Paul?).

Go to another pharmacy. Another pharmacy. CVS has changed the way they do business and do not care about their customers. I can’t imagine how elderly get their percriptions here. You can’t talk to anyone. You have to leave a message and someone will call you back. Maybe.

This pharmacy is always closed. It is so difficult to pick up prescriptions as you never know if they’re actually open during business hours or not. We have received messages that our prescriptions have been filled and ready for pick up only to arrive and them to be closed at random hours when they’re supposed to be open. Sometimes they are there, but “closed” for inventory which seems to be all the time. We have to often transfer our prescriptions to the Ina location.

There's a reason they have a 2.6 rating. Immense process improvement would help, training on how to talk to customers politely, active listening and the ability to say we apologize for the inconveniences would be a good first step
