Equally with the Walgreens off Pantano and Speedway, this is the worse pharmacy in Tucson. Slow. Always some type of computer issues. And the pharmacy tech guy should look a little less like he just rolled out of bed and walked into work.

I've always felt CVS was pricey compared to Walgreens and other stores. Here's an example, these candies I bought online or priced at $14.99 on sale $15.39 regular priced where a CVS is selling them for $23.29 bogo. You're still spending more to buy two at their bogo price then competitors. Just to buy one box of these candies will cost you nearly $10 more at CVS. This is just one of many examples. If you're going to shop here be aware you will spend more. First photo is CVS price, listed BOGO and second is my online order at sales price and regular price.

Let’s talk about Jasmine in the pharmacy. Girl, if you don’t want to work in the pharmacy, don’t. I know the job market is hard, but in the current landscape, asking customers “so you can’t afford the fifteen dollars” and getting upset about someone asking to fill a 30 day supply because “we have to do it all over again” is not the move. Also, everytime I encounter her in the drive thru , it’s like dealing with the most unpleasant person you know at the dentists office before you’re about to get a root canal.

The CVS on Houghton Rd Tucson AZ is a friendly , clean store stock with the best merchandise. I would recommend this store to friends, family and neighbors. Thank you Aaron for your great customer service.

The pharmacist and pharmacy technicians have been really helpful with refills; explaining PA's, and shipping meds to my home when I don't feel well. Five 🌟 🤩!!

Great staff at the CVS Vail, Az. Pharmacy is very busy, but moves along at a good pace. Pharmacy counter service is quick to help. ALL of the staff seem helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly!

Waited over an hour to be seen in the minute clinic. Was then told that they couldn’t see me today and that I had to make an appointment even though their website says walk ins accepted.

This location doesn't respect my time. I go in for something as simple as a flu shot and I get passed from representative to representative as they have difficulty with an insurance card. I gave up after 30 minutes and went to Walgreens without issue.

Arrived drive thru at 1:28 and it was closed. Went inside it was 1:29 and rude lady said closed for lunch it was 1:30. No consideration for people's time. No concern that I had rushed over from another pharmacy to get RX that the other
CVS was out of.
