I always have problems here. My medications are rarely ready, despite the app showing the status ready for pickup. I often run into issues with medications not being filled either due to my insurance not covering the cost or the cost of the medication being too expensive. I don't understand why they can't call me to confirm before deciding to not filling a prescription. It's up to me and what I'm willing to pay- not them. And after I confirm that I still want the prescription, they will say it won't be ready for an hour or 2... Also, let's not forget how they refuse to use Goodrx or other manufacturers coupons in the drivethru and will make you go in to pick up if you are using coupons.

Horrible customer service. I had to delay a prescription and the tech totally eliminated it! Took four days to correct her error. I had to get the dr to write a new prescription!

The wait in the pharmacy drive through is atrocious. Please avoid going during peak hours, because you will be waiting for an hour minimum.

Worst Pharmacy I ever dealt with. Nobody answers the phone. They never call when a prescription is ready. The online system is flawed; I cannot even register there.

This location is amazing. They get super busy sometimes, but they are always working hard to help everyone. The pharmacy staff is super friendly and always greets me by name. The pharmacy manager went above and beyond to get my father's perscriptions prepared. She was also able to give me my flu shot and it was painless!

Avoid this pharmacy if you can. My son had his wisdom teeth out today and they refused to fill his pain medication. I spent hours on the phone between CVS corporate and the doctor's office to find out why. They will not allow anyone under the age of 19 to have more than 3 days supply of pain medication. I had to have the doctor rewrite the prescription and it still took them hours to get it filled. My son did not get pain medication that he needed until more than 7 hours after his surgery, causing him to be in a great deal of pain. These people are awful, no one at the pharmacy would tell me what the policy was for patients under 19 years old, and they just do not seem to care about patient care at all.

Do not come here for prescriptions. Unfortunately, their pharmacy manager is vulgar, unaware, and unable to explain situations without verbally accosting customers. I am extremely disappointed.

Pharmacist refused to take GoodRx stating that corporate wouldn’t let them give out medication without insurance. (Literally what GoodRx is for). She was also very rude and condescending about the situation.

I was at the front of the line 20 minutes before closing and was asked to come inside. I did and one team member proceeded to throw a tantrum because she couldn't figure out how to work the manufacturer coupon I had - literally in my face complaining about how it was my fault that I either had to pay full price or come back tomorrow while moaning and groaning the whole time about how she ALMOST got to leave on time. The lack of professionalism was appalling.Thank goodness for the other team members. They calmly got it all sorted out, which I appreciate.

My appointment for the minute clinic was at 1210 at 1215 the called a person back who's appointment time was 1110. They never told me they were over an hour behind. I never even got seen.

Andrea helped me so much. I was given a phone number to call to make an appointment for a covid shot which came out in Sep 2022, at my doctors direction. I am 78, I have COPD and am on oxygen when I sleep. I tried to make an appointment for 4 days, 2 times into the store, and several phone calls. Monday came and I could not confirm my appt for the shot. I went back to the store and they could not find a record. Andrea took over and within 1/2 hour I had the shot and felt a great sense of relief. She provided excellent customer service. This was in CVS on Golf Links and Houghton.
