I went to pick up my prescription at the pharmacy and Tracy was super rude! Another one of their customers was getting a shot and my husband walked away cause he does not like needles. She started yelling at me that he should try to go work back there and started yelling at him too that he should come work back there too. After I explained he doesn't not like needles and thats why he walked away she rolled her eyes and continued being rude. When I went to grab the bag she flung it in my hand basically throwing it at me. I had checked and it was not the same prescription and it was the generic version which they did not notify me before I paid. I went back to get the right one and they told me I had to wait till after their lunch so when I waited the 30 mins they took care of some customers in the drive through then told me they didnt have it and had to order it instead of checking before their lunch to see if they at least had it. Spent and hour their waiting. Tracy needs to be fired she is rude and unprofessional.

The pharmacy never has enough help! You have one clerk working the drive through window and the front counter at the same! That makes no sense. They keep a line in both areas. Poor management and poor service. Do better please. This is truly an inconvenience to all. Hire more people or utilize the staff when you 2 or more people waiting.

Demetri was AMAZING today. I was trying to use a bunch of coupons and he was so kind and had the most patience. The pharmacy was great too. Very busy, but they got me through quickly and gave me a few vaccines also.

This store is the worst! They never have enough register people and the ONE they do have, alternates between drive thru and in store. There's always a super long line and no one else will EVER jump in to assist the amount people stacking up.

customer service to its patrons for any company to run smoothly and have a good reputation so that they may maintain their patrons is key in my opinion. This pharmacy is too small for the east side that it supports and should expand or put up another location other than the one on Houghton. And the workers who are counting drugs to put in their little bottles want you to know that constantly with silence. If the system pings you to tell you that your drugs are ready, then the system is flawed because when you get there you can stand there until one of them decides to stop counting and issuing the medicines to people who are not even in the store yet. It's enough that you have to leave a message now and by the time they return it you are away from your information that you need to bring forth to them. this store cannot keep up with the demand and rising clientele, their priorities is to issuing and not selling therefore you stand and or wait in line in your vehicle that's what I think can improve as well as a couple of the workers attitudes. As if anyone wants to be sick and unhealthy in the first place who needs their crap. I highly recommend you move your medications to another store unfortunately in my opinion.

I’ve been in here two separate times recently to utilize the UPS pick up point. That is essentially when you order something online and instead of them delivering it to your house, you can choose a pick up point like CVS pharmacy and various other locations to pick your package up when It’s delivered there. Two separate times about a month or so apart I have used this to receive my coffee and each and every time the lady at the front named Dani seems to have an issue with the PDT or has an issue scanning it or tells me she can’t find it or tells me it’s done then put the package away and I had to tell her I am picking up the package not sending the package and then she gave me my package. I don’t really know what the protocol is in here for training, but with all those UPS pick up order sitting behind the register you would assume they would know To log into their system to market as picked up, it’s always a hassle and they don’t know what they are doing. Always very nice, but they seem super dumb. I work in retail myself and it takes all I have in me to not just say “just give it to me and let me do it” because I do in fact know how and I don’t even work there…

Pharmacy is disorganized, provided three different answers for why they couldn’t fill a script the app showed as ready, then made personal and judgmental comments about the prescription, even among the low standards of CVS pharmacies Dr.Tran’s team stand out in the poor performance and service standards.

The employees are friendly & helpful.
The store is always clean & well stocked. The pharmacy staff can sometimes be unprofessional. Sometimes they act like they are stressed out. The store employees have gotten better. The employees they had a few years ago were lazy & unwilling to help. New employees are professional. The pharmacy staff has always been unprofessional for years.

My provider tried 3 times to refill my prescription at this CVS. I eventually gave up, got a hand written script, and filled it at Fry's pharmacy. Have gotten a number of refills from this CVS. Staff is very rude. Pharmacies are a dime a dozen in this town. No reason to get your refills at this CVS location, where they are slow, rude, and incompetent.
