Please do not use scotch tape to attach the ribbon to a helium balloon!! You wasted so much of your Dasher’s time and the customer only received one balloon, even when you double taped it! Tie it to the balloon, please! We look really stupid!

Have $315 in credits and can't use them because we're out of range. Uber eats will deliver 20+miles but Doordash won't deliver less than 10miles.

P. S. Anyone that's complaining in the reviews about not getting their correct order etc. I can't help the fact that some DoorDash drivers are not the smartest people on earth. I can only vouch for myself, and so if I pick up your order you WILL get what you ordered and in a timely fashion. So cheers to another solid delivery. 👊🏻

I had the rare opportunity to order from door dash. I don't get that "luxury" very often. Well it went bad because the doordash driver who delivered my food did NOT use the bench that sits outside my door OR the provided table, no, they set it in a line of ants and it was covered in ants in the 4 minutes it took to get the notification and time to get to the door.
I called doordash, and I did not ask for a refund. Instead, I asked for a re-delivery. The man was very obliging and kind about it. There's hope.
The first driver to pick up my re-order, keeps it I guess because 4 more names pop up, there's a delay, I called the establishment to see why people aren't picking up my food and they informed me it already was picked up. We'll, I call doordash back and this lady told me she couldn't issue a re-order on a re-order so I need to call the restaurant in the morning and nothing could be done for me. She basically told me I'm SOL for dinner tonight. Thanks, doordash, for raising the bar on WORST service and TERRIBLE customer service! No credits, no info on what will be done about the situation. NOTHING! No sympathy, no compassion!
This is so disappointing and has been the WORST, first experience ever!

Trashy app and trashy company ordered food sent to wrong address I was blamed because it was confusing to were the order was going. Then of course it's my fault their IDIOT app is confusing. How about UPDATE the address when the location CHANGED???? DUHHHH u idiots 98% of ur orders are to the LOCATION of the person holding the phone. Confusions are so popular company wide policy is to screw their customer this is soooo common. Postmates from now on u lost a customer for LIFE you idiots!!!!

Door dash sucks. Wrong food , canceled deliveries, late deliveries. The quality control of this company and the drivers unaccounatbility is horrible... no one is ever responsible and all you get is your credit back and no food.

Whenever I go here to pick up a delivery they're always very quick to hand me my order. They don't let you go into the store, but apparently they used to let you.
