Supervisor Alondra was terrible at customer service. After filling the cart with the stuff we were supposed to purchase, I parked the car around the handbags station. She went to tell us we couldn’t be there … as supervisor she didn’t have manners. An advise for Alondra is to manage her temper if she is going to be attending customers. Not coming back until she gets fired.

Awesome low priced clothing shoes and cannot forget the purses. Haven't really been through the home section, I am sure it's nice though.

I have been a customer at this location 22nd and Alvernon since they opened their doors The cashier didn’t take off the security tag and they told me they wouldn’t remove it without a receipt. Since, when should the customer suffer for the employee’s error? I will never support this business again. I will spread the word that this location has the most unprofessional staff working there. These employees do not value their customers . Also, they are so rude. I have spent so much money, and to be treated as if I stole the merchandise. This is unacceptable. These employees are not equipped to work in customer service.

I went in a week ago I have been meaning to leave a review I went in a week ago and got greeted right away with a friendly welcome to DDS I went in and had a cool selection of shirts and hats I found at a great price of course and then went to check out and the cashier range me up so fast and was so friendly and professional I seen her name was Alba so I just wanted to add that she is one of the best every time I go.

This place has a bunch of empty shelves and no selection of men's XXL or XXXL. Get it together! Take this review seriously and get back to normal. None of this makes sense because most Americans are my size. Get some size 40 and 42 pants and you will make more money. I have went to this place for many years and now you guys are going to lose a great customer. It's not like you had a few size 42 pants and I didnt like them. You had none and haven't had any for about a year.!

Full sized store. Was a little crowded and skimpy on items for the holidays. Which is expected. Cashier's still did a great job quickly checking everyone out.
