This store racially profiles youth and will kick customers out who are trying to purchase things, without any explanation. I was shopping and watched as the lady at the counter yelled at two girls and very loudly asked if they were stealing and then told them to get out as they were attempting to buy something. I've never seen anybody with good customer service act like that. I will definitely not be going back.

Every time I come to Tucson, I stop by this beloved shop. They have a great variety of souvenirs and all things Southwestern... they have an excellent collection of rugs and blankets that are simply beautiful, I find myself always grabbing one whenever I go. It's centrally located on Fourth Avenue, they have been there for as long as I remember and I hope they stay.. it is kind of hard to find these treasures around Tucson so it's nice to have this shop there. I recently bought a cactus dark chocolate bar there, gave it to my friend as a gift and they thought it was the best chocolate bar they've ever tasted! So... I will be going back to get some more! I also bought a beautiful pink 'Tree of Life" rug for my kid's bedroom and my kid also loved it!

This is a very nice eclectic Mexican souvenir shop on historic 4th Ave in Tucson, with many unique things to browse and purchase. It’s bigger than it looks with a “back room” and several aisles. Some cool displays like one of all kinds of sage “smudges” to pick from! A must do shop if you are from out of town.VictorB

My sister and I walked in to shop for jewelry and just to shop around. Was looking at the jewelry and one of the workers gestures us over and told us to leave because the other worker called the cops on us. We weren't doing anything suspicious and were just trying to shop. Attached the outfits we were wearing too for reference.

Some interesting looking items, but unfortunately the staff is incredibly rude.

This store has a wide variety of trial arts and crafts. The ceramics, textiles, glass and other items were nice and if we didn't have a long distance flight, definitely would have considered especially the pottery. There are a lot of items in this large shop which doesn't look nearly so large from the street. Definitely a great visit on 4th Avenue. Would recommend if you're looking for regional arts and crafts items.

The store was pretty unique. I was looking for a specific stoneware item that I had seen online. It was not available in the store. When I asked an employee she shrugged it off and FAILED to tell me about the location off 4th Avenue just a few blocks away.

Wonderful gift items very pleasant staff. I went in looking for a gift my for grandgrrl's birthday. And kind of knew what I was looking for but ended up finding other fabulous items instead. I bought her a beautiful knit zip up sweater jacket that was a bit costly and some finger puppets that were unfathomably affordable. So the prices do range from crazy cheap to kinda expensive.

First trip to Tucson and this place came highly recommended for their great turquoise selection! Found some very beautiful pieces and enjoyed that part of the store! Unfortunately the woman who helped us was ruder then rude very un welcoming and turned the whole experience sour. Still purchased the jewelry, but whoever the woman is who wears the sparkly black mask needs some training in basic customer service.

Insanely over priced items. Not to mention most everything in the store is from Native American, Mexican, and South American peoples to which there is a lack of diversity in the staff selling said items. Appears to be a capitalization on native peoples arts and culture.

Store is nice but the girl behind the counter with the sparkly mask was very rude. While looking at the lotion soaps she yelled at me for lowering my mask below my nose for a second to smell them. It was very unprofessional and put me off so much I ended up leaving the store without buying anything.
