This was my first time using dent busters who helped repair a pretty extreme fender bender. They gave me a quote very quickly and accurately free of charge. It was a strange situation where someone else was covering the damages and they guaranteed both parties were taken care of. When I reached out for updates each time I received great customer service and they had realistic timelines and answers to my questions. Picking up the car their work was impeccable! I've been hearing Dentbusters listed as an underwriter of KXCI for years, and when I found I needed paintless dent repair done on our car, I knew who to call.
Dentbusters did a great job fixing two small dents on our car, and they made sure we were satisfied with their work before we paid. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and kind. No wonder they've been a Tucson fixture for so long!

Dentbusters did an amazing job repairing a bad scratch/dent on the passenger side of our Acura RDX. It looks better than new. You'd never know anything ever happened to it. We are very pleased with their work!

I had a great experience at Dent Busters! I got an estimate quickly and it was very reasonable. I had run into a pole and damaged the front bumper, then decided to also have them repaint the hood. My car looks like a new car! They also cleaned the headlights. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I've taken a few cars over the years to DentBusters for fairly minor repairs and was always pleased with the work. But when one of Tucson's many red-light runners caused $7,500 of damage to my BMW, I asked my mechanic for his recommendation for a body shop. His advice: Go to DentBusters. I did, and I couldn't be happier with the repairs, including the quality of parts that were used. And customer service is superior.

Would definitely recommended. Fair prices and no BS. They replaced my mirror and side panel and cleaned up some damage to the door in just a couple days. The staff is very easy to work with.

This is my third car I've brought to them after accidents. First, a deer ran into the side of me. Dent Busters Fixed everything and our yukon xl looked great. They worked seamlessly with our insurance. Second my daughter rear-ended someone doing about 8 miles per hour. Dent Busters checked it out thoroughly and handled the reporting to insurance all the damage. Couldn't fix that one as insurance totaled it. This time we were hit in our truck on the rear side. No visible damage except on the rim. Again, Dent Busters is helping us work through this process even though it isn't big problem. They have been grateful to work with.

One of my cars had a dime-sized dent that they repaired which ended up reappearing after 3 months. It was the only dent on the car, and it was both small and shallow. I spoke with Justin about it, and he told me that it must be a new dent because dents never reappear after being repaired. But it is definitely the same dent because it is in the exact same place as the original dent as evidenced by the slight staring in the paint that was present from that original dent. He also said that his work comes with no warranty. So, I called another paintless dent repair company in Tucson that specializes in paintless dent repair for hail damage to get more information. They told me that a small percentage of the dents repaired using paintless dent repair will actually reappear due to the properties of the metal and the forces on them, and that most companies stand behind their work. In other words, on the rare occasions that this happens, most companies will repeat the repair process again under warranty as long as it’s within the warranty period, which is typically one year. Bottom line is that Justin does not stand behind his work, so you’re on your own if anything that he repairs happen to reappear.
Update on 2-14-2025: Jennifer called me shortly after I posted this review, and offered to make this right. So, I brought the car in, and Denise and Justin did a great job at no extra charge.
