i had to bring my car in for a recall and then allowed them to do some other "urgent" repairs. Now my car is making noises I've never heard until I took it in there. don't come here they just want to sell you cars not service them.

Be aware of this dealership they will scam you and bury you in a car with negative equity. When I bought my car from this car lot they told me they were only going to have a total of $1800 negative equity. I have had a lot of problems with the car so I tried to take it and trade it in come to find out desert Toyota Buried me with $18,000 negative equity because of their negligence and dishonesty I am not even able to trade this vehicle in because the value that is on it is not equal to what I owe because of the negative equity they built up understand cars depreciate in value, and I understand negative equity, but we have only had this Highlander For a few months and I've already had to replace the ECU as well as transmission parts. Mind you the Highlander only has 4000 miles on it and it is a 2023. I am furious after finding out how much negative equity they buried me in with this vehicle. I have had a horrible experience with them when I went in to get this vehicle I was originally trying to get a Toyota Camry And they pushed and pushed this Highlander on me making it seem like it was the only option I have my wife had had a heart attack so I was in desperate need of a reliable vehicle to take her back-and-forth to Phoenix for treatment and I think they used my Personal issues against me to get me into this vehicle knowing they were burying me so far in negative equity. This dealership is very dishonest and distress worthy. Please be aware and have somebody double check your paperwork and make sure you're not getting ripped off like I did. Also have somebody check the vehicle a separate mechanic from their dealership in the few months I have had this vehicle I have had three major issues with it leaving me stranded Again in the middle of Phoenix and one time in the middle of the freeway in between Tucson and Phoenix with my wife that had just had a heart attack. Please be aware of this dealership. This is the worst situation I have ever been in now I am stuck in a vehicle with multiple problemsas well as $18,000 of negative equity and no way out of it because no other dealership will let me turn it in or trade it in I should say. I do not know how these people sleep at night. I hope nobody else has the same issue I had.

Desert Toyota went above and beyond our expectations. Communication between Kindra P., Jaime S. and James was seamless. Customer satisfaction is definitely their top priority, looking forward to making our next purchase from Desert Toyota (worth the drive from Las Cruces, NM).

My experience at the Desert Toyota of Tucson has been very phenomenal.A salesman by the name of Parker is one of the best salesman by far. He has been very phenomenal in helping me and my family find the Tocoma that we've been looking for.I highly recommend this dealership and going with Parker when you guys have questions or concerns about finding the vehicle that suits your needs and wants.

I have never had a worse experience than that at Desert Toyota.I had my Timing Belt, Water pump, and CV axles replaced there prior to moving across the country. Not more than 1000 miles in my trip my car broke down, come to find out, the dealerships certified Toyota mechanic that I was paying 170$ an hour for, installed the timing belt incorrectly. So stuck in the middle of Texas I had to pay another 1500$ dollars or so for a new timing belt. And 4 nights of hotel rooms. After reaching out to letting them know what happened, it took weeks for them to take ownership of the problem and I was still only fractionally refunded. They were also borderline rude and treated me poorly. It was the most difficult customer service situation I have ever been apart of.A couple months go by till today, I take the truck in for an oil change and the cv axle they replaced was the wrong part and installed incorrectly. Now I have to pay an additional 1000$ dollars to fix their additional mistake. I cannot go through the headache of trying to get them to take ownership and make things right AGAIN.This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership/ a business in general. It is borderline criminal what I have had to deal with due to their negligence. There are many places you can go to buy a car as well as get it serviced and let me say I would never send a friend, family member, or even enemy to Desert Toyota.

A Desert Toyota Cautionary Tale: my old Toyota 4-Runner recently had its power-brake booster fail, and so I had it towed to Desert Toyota for service. After inspection, they informed me that the price for repair would be about $2000! This exorbitant amount was mostly due to the price they were charging for the part, over $1400. I said I was not willing to pay that much and asked if they could do the repair with an after-market, non-Toyota, part. They told me they could, but would not warranty the work in that case. I opted for that solution, since my vehicle was not safe to drive anywhere else. Well, their Parts Department "managed" to find me an after-market part for $778, a little more than half of the jacked-up price of the genuine Toyota part. I was not happy, but was pressed to get the vehicle fixed, and so had the repair completed with this less-exorbitantly priced part. I'm now very remorseful: a call to a nearby auto-parts store found multiple boosters for my vehicle in stock at $379.99 each. Also, after a closer examination of my bill, I discovered that Desert Toyota charges a "credit card transaction fee," which in this case amounted to $30. I was never informed that I was being charged a fee to use my credit card, and if I had been, I would have made other arrangements for payment. And on top of all of that, my bill included an hour of labor for replacing the master brake cylinder! The master brake cylinder must be removed to replace the brake booster, and so no additional labor is required. I challenged this part of my bill and the hour's worth of labor was removed, but how many people would have caught this overcharge? Be very careful if you decide to do business with Desert Toyota.

Sorry for you if you own a Toyota Supra and are requesting any services provided by Desert Toyota. Only One certified Supra mechanic on site and only two people can perform the oil change on the Toyota Supra (BMW). Yet, putting the customer time and life out of consideration just for a simple $250 oil change. Then if any actual maintenance is required they explain a million different reasons why it might not be cover by warranty and how you as the customer that has over 10 thousand miles left on the original Toyota warranty but yet the extended 100 thousand mile warranty. Plus, please don't request a loaner vehicle because then once again they will explain to you that they usually don't provide loaner vehicles but you should rent a vehicle while your Toyota is being serviced or worked on. Absolutely NO customer service and more worried about explaining how it's everything except for something that might be covered by warranty. Three days later I sold the Toyota Supra because I couldn't consider ever returning to a company that doesn't respect their customers. I will never purchase another Toyota in the future if I had to deal with Desert Toyota.

This review is in regards to services rendered by Desert Toyota. I dropped off my 2021 lunar rock Tundra TRD pro for an oil change and general inspection at 10am and received a text a bit after 12pm that it was ready for pick up, made my way to the dealership a bit before service closing hours, picked up my truck and drove off. As I was driving a few miles away i was devastated to hear a weird knocking noise as I accelerated, I noticed my oil pressure gauges going up and down. I then pulled over immediately got off and looked under the truck and noticed oil leaking everywhere...I then called the dealership and immediately returned there and parked my truck next to where it was parked minutes before and noticed a puddle of oil. I got off and looked under the truck once again to see another puddle forming on the pavement. I went inside the building trying to get answers on what to do and was told no one from service was around and I then asked the receptionist if she could please call my service advisor so I could speak with him as to which he refused to speak with me. I was now stranded having to leave my truck there and having to ask for a ride home once again which is like 35 minutes away. the receptionist was very professional and understanding but besides her the service is awful! if I could give a zero star review I sure would...hope my engine wasn't damaged and I hope they can make up for their mistakes made by their master mechanics and bad customer service. Below are pictures of my experience where you can notice engine oil splattered all over my undercarriage....unfortunately this isn't my first bad experience here, on my previous visit my truck passenger side was scratched they took pictures and I was told a manager would go over security cameras on their premises and till this day I never received a call. I had the scrapes and scratches buffed out and paid for that out of pocket.

Went in for a potential warranty issue although we did not buy our vehicle from Desert Toyota. Turns out it wasn't covered under warranty but we had the service work completed as well as an oil change and tire rotations. Had to take our vehicle back 2 days later due to oil dripping. For the amount that was charged for that service I would think they would do it right the first time.

Needed a car after my last vehicle was stolen. I hate dealing with salesman always so pushy and linger around you. Happened to come to desert Toyota by chance. Was happy I did. Spoke to Atticus very chill and knowledgeable guy. Doesn't linger around or push you to buy anything. He listened to what I wanted and didn't try to up my down payment or move the needle on my preferred monthly payments. I got the vehicle I wanted and was a smooth process all around. Definitely check them out first and ask for Atticus?.

I first took my car for a paint recall inspection in October 2022. The service rep Tami was not very friendly. My car was on bare metal at various locations. I got a call in OCTOBER of 2023, a year later, after inspection asking if I was going to pick my loaner by Veronica. I never got the call to bring in my vehicle, it turns out they called the wrong customer. Meanwhile, I have to scramble to get my vehicle in because , I was given the impression the work my get pushed even further. The loaner vehicle they gave me was disgustingly filthy. See pics. I will buy vehicle at dealer that has its own body shop, never at desert toyota. Buyer beware.

I have been taking my car & truck to Desert Toyota for years. My service advisor has always been Erin Dean. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and works with my crazy rotating schedule. I Can always count on Erin, and Desert Toyota for my vehicle needs! Also, my mother just purchased a used 4Runner here, and we couldn't be happier with the service we receive here. We appreciate all they do! Thank You.

Reanna was knowledgeable and helpful, made the experience well worth it. We ordered a vehicle, so we had to wait awhile for it to arrive but Reanna did an excellent job of following up without having to be prompted. The tech on new cars is incredible, and Reanna made sure we were all squared away before we left (see picture showing my wife how to use it). Mike in coverages did a great job explaining all of the service packages and wasn't pushy...made sure we picked coverages that made sense for our family.
