I paid extra to have a customized item delivered to me by March 28, 2024. I live in an apartment complex with a 24/7 concierge package service and a front desk that assists anyone who needs to deliver a package to my apartment. I waited at home all day to receive my package, but the driver claimed they attempted to deliver but got no response at my address. They also said there was no entry to the property. Frankly, I highly doubt their delivery attempt because, even though I live in a gated complex, the driver could have easily gone to the front office, and they would have allowed them into the complex. I am certain that the driver did not even try to deliver my package. I spoke to the front office, and they confirmed that they never saw the DHL driver. This careless driver cost me my package, which I needed for a special occasion. After calling, the driver refused to try and redeliver. What a waste of my time and money!

DHL's automated customer service is worse than no customer service at all. Their chat assistant is totally useless and cannot answer even simple questions. According to their tracking info they were " supposed to" deliver 3 large boxes I paid a lot of money to have shipped from the UK to me yesterday by 9 PM. Up[on checking their website it stated yesterday morning that the packages were on hold in Pawtucket RI. After about 6 calls I finally wormed my way through their automated customer service and got a real person briefly on the phone that explained "on hold" means that they are still at the shipping location and have not been loaded on the truck for delivery. Pawtucket RI is about the same distance from me as Boston MA. So I went to work for the afternoon. When I got home my wife said no delivery yet. I again used their tracking it said they were out for delivery to me by 9 PM. I stayed up till 10:30 PM still expecting the shipment. I then then checked the tracking again which stated the packages were not deliverable at 6:26 PM and returned to Boston at 6:46 PM. There is no way someone can drive from here to Boston in 20 minutes as it takes over an hour with no traffic. These packages were originally processed through NYC - I then paid duty / customs taxes and then they went on hold in Boston - the to Pawtucket with no delivery yesterday - now showing back in Boston. These people seem to have NO idea what they are doing. there is a DHL service center 20 miles away from me in Westborough MA. They will be seeing me in person today and they will get a face full of me there. Bill in MA

This is one of the worst businesses I have ever encountered. I placed a sign on my front gate when I was expecting a package from DHL, stating I was home and to come around to the side gates. The package was thrown over my wall, destroying the contents. They destroyed a piece of design history!!! I spoke with Isaac, who assured me he would follow up with the person who delivered the package. He then had the package picked up from my address and sent to an address in England, not to the return address on the box, placed there by the sender who sent it from Canada. Every time I spoke with him he assured me he would follow up. He never did. I waited months for the refund DHL sat on. Isaac was a worthless dirtbag. His cell phone number (520)309-9993. What a creep!!!
