I went to Estée Lauder for some help. I believe the woman who helped me was named Sylvia. When I sat down for a facial she started being really rude. She kept making comments on how dead my hair is and when I replied that I needed to get a trim she grabbed my hair close to my scalp and told me I would need to cut it all off to fix it. Apart from her continuous rude and unasked for comments the facial itself was horrible. She mixed a bunch of things together and made it really sticky and clumpy. I asked her to wipe it off of my face and she refused. She said that it needed to sit. I will never come back. Spend your money elsewhere and avoid Sylvia at all costs!

Went there on Christmas eve shopping with the wife for a coat. Left with two very nice coats and stayed within our budget. Yes Dillard's is a bit pricey, but the quality is there too. The lady helping us in the department was very friendly.
