Perfume employees were fantastic when assisting me with finding new fragrances. Unfortunately purchasing perfumes that are $350+ without being offered samples, being treated like I am doing something wrong when asking for a sample or employees stating they cannot make me a sample is an unfortunate aspect of the current perfume sale industry.

Very pricey for clothes. You usually can find same brand elsewhere if willing to search. Example. Affliction shirts are 20-30% less at Buckle. Only a 3 minute walk thru the mall. But perfume prices are usually very close if not the same. But, Dillard's has one of the widest selections of more popular brands, and newest scents..

Is this the Christmas season? Or maybe sometime in August? I came into the store and you'd never think it's the holidays. Just a few pathetic trees here and there and some Christmas earrings in sale. I was really disappointed; I came here intending to spend some money but just left disappointed.

I purchased a bra 2 months ago. $75. I was going on a trip so I went to dillards and bought another one,same size as previous one, same brand, same style and same color. Honeylove brand. I took tags off cuz I was traveling, packed it etc. I took it out put it on and wore it to lobby in hotel. It seemed particularly tight. I took it off and measured it next to the other bra..perfectly same size, color etc..it was 1 and half inch difference. Staff was rude..I just wanted to exchange for larger size which I tried on and it fit. Simply no exchange. I asked for manager..who looked about 12 yrs and she was just as pleasant. So after buying my undergarments for 36 yrs I am taking my business elsewhere. I advise any locals to shop online..not dillards..or find a local place..I never checked Macy's..

Well, this is a super nice, well organized location. 2 floors of merchandise to select from and no one actually willing or ready to help you. Maybe it was my super casual look. Not sure, however, collectively it too me to call a gentleman over to tell me he will have to look for a manual for a $300 G-Shock watch I wanted to purchase. This is my 2nd time in this very location and each time, the same result. I will simply order the watch. In the meantime guys and gals, good luck.

I’ve had two bad experiences with employees being rude, some of the employees have a rude tone and are very unhelpful. Makes me not want to go back🙁

Service is a joke.
Had to wait for an employee to take pics with her family and the inflatable mascara props, which whatever ok. Then the other employee finished taking the pics and asked me when I'm expecting. Expecting to not be ignored? Expecting you to grab my stuff and lemme pay so I can go? I'm 5 ft 7 in and 135#. Gaslighting and backpedaling were offered when a simple apology would have sufficed.
I'll just find my color matches at the counter at Macy's and order online moving forward.

A really nice inventory selection. The store was nice and clean. Had a really nice lady upstairs approach to see if I needed assistance and give me directions to the escalator.
