I booked an appointment online for a late afternoon tire rotation and balance on a Monday. There was a little bit of a line but I'm glad I made the appointment. Tip#1: Make the appointment online and when you get there it will cut you to the front of the queue. Tip#2: Arrive 15-20 min before your appointment because they will also need to inspect your tire's tread depth and car mileage for their records. They also inspect the wear on your tires. In fact they found a nail stuck on my tire and fixed that too. Tip#3: bring your smartphone with you because they give you a link to track the status of your car. I went for a walk while waiting. The person I worked with was courteous and polite. I felt like I was treated well and service was excellent. The car was done before the estimated time of completion so I walked back to the store and picked up my car. Easy, peasy, and smooth. If you buy your tires through Discount tire or their associated website at tirerack.com, you get free rotations and inspections. That's a good value and peace of mind.

Easy to work with. They are knowledgeable on their products. I have purchased multiple sets of tires for multiple vehicles over the years and keep going back due to their wonderful customer service.

Great customer service! I always set an appointment if I'm getting new tires and then I don't have to wait. They will check your air in your tires (and of course add more if needed) once per month. The only problem is that the line for this service is often long. They work quickly, but the demand is just very high for that service. Prices seem reasonable.

We had 2 new tires put on yesterday at this location, I'm a medical transportation and half way thru a trip I get a warning aboit tires. I pull over and a lug bolt was missing on front driver tire and 1 missing on the back driver side. Thanks for trying to kill me and my patients!

The customer service is top notch and the employee whom I tend to get the most has been Raul.He is a pleasure to work with and knows his stuff inside and out. He is very friendly, personable, and his service forward manners are 150%.The shop itself is quick and efficient. I will happily drive across town to continue doing business with this Discount Tire shop.

Always treat females with respect when helping them. I had bought tires from discount tire several times thru the years. And always go back to them when I need to replace. I also like that I can go and have the tires checked for air pressure without any hassle.

Store Manager sucks (Jacob) saw me waiting for 4 hours and didn't push my walk-in. It's not every day someone has the day off and Discount Tire doesn't take that into consideration for walk-ins, only appointments. A few things to consider before you are walk-in -good luck -They will take other walk-ins before you depending on how they feel -took 4 hours -they'll lie to you about the wait time -No coffee I'm just one person but they lost me for sure.....

While they put a new tire on me wheel very fast, they didn't actually put it on my car. They said that something was broken and they couldn't get the spare off, and told me to go to some other store they recommended. When I asked for a discount because they only did half the labor, they came up with some BS about how I paid for the tool usage. I suspect they were the ones who broke whatever it was in my spare. They also blatantly lied to my face about the rest of my tires needing to be replaced. I also suspect they recommended some shop a buddy works at so they get more money. I just went to my dealership and they concluded that everything I was told was BS.

*Long Review But Worth Reading*I went in to this establishment with one thing in mind, I need one tire replaced because my tire was splitting. I was notified by the mechanics that changed my oil. First thought, I’m headed to Discount tire. After arriving there they took a look at my other tires and said that I needed two tires. So, I just paid for two and waited. After about two hours, one of the mechanics comes over to me and says that my car will need a little more attention and it will be about maybe another 30mins. After another hour goes by and my website tracker is past the time I start to get a little agitated. Then a different man walks over to me and sits next to me and says “hey man you know the wheels that you have on your car are not the size that fits your car”. Instantly I grew more and more unsettled but kept a brave face on. I mention to him that I’ve done business there a few times before and never had that been mentioned to me once. In my head I’m thinking they must be hunting for money smh. To my surprise, I was speaking to the manager of the establishment and he spent a good 10 to 20 mins explaining to me what was wrong and answering all of the questions that I had. That he went out and tried to fix the problem himself and that it just wasn’t working out. He stated that he took over about a year ago and that he wanted to do right by his standard and his customers. He calmed my nerves and stated that he rather me be safe on the roads and that he can “Sleep Better At Night knowing that I was safe driving and that he did the right by me”. He helped me out more than anyone can know. My life was in danger and I didn’t even know it. He took care of me and my car, there’s no other place that I would ever recommend to everyone. There’s more background but all I can say is that this establishment 100% COMMUNICATED expertly, and they CARE about the customers. From the Front Desk to the Garage, they really outdid themselves the other day and I had to spread the word! From Top to Bottom= Amazing Workers! Thank you for all that you do there! Thank you for everything! Thanks for being Patient, Kind, Understanding, and above all… Outstandingly Professional!Ps. I never leave reviews for anything but this was worth it! ????
