Thank you, Joey and the team at discount tire on Kolb Road. I had a flat tire this morning on my way to work. I do home hospice visits and my car is my office. They got me back on the road in record time so that I can serve my patients. They are amazing and I really appreciate their professionalism and their compassion for the work that I do. Thank you so very much for making my day.

Absolutely love this store. Showed up to air my tires and Joey and his tech both came out to greet me. Made sure everything was great. Aired up the tires had my wipers replaced at a super great price all of that in less than 20 minutes!!!! Highly recommend this store!!

Check valve cover Caps before you leave they were loose by two turns they rushed to get me out due to late getting me in the shop, hope balancing tires was correct and lug nuts are tight.

We went to Discount Tire for a tire replacement. We later found that there was a crack in the wheel, causing the new tire to be flat. The manager, Joey, recommended a solution to our wheel situation and helped us to solve our problem. We are very grateful for him and the Discount Tire staff for making the potentially very stressful situation an easy fix.

I like the included balance and rotation. The service is okay if slow, and they'll pay to replace lug nuts if they damage them. HOWEVER, the upselling is the cause of the 2 star review. I don't know how many times I have to say no before you'll accept it. Makes me feel like the bad guy having to literally raise my voice to get a "NO!" across.

I want to thank and recognize Jose (Joey) and the rest of the team that was present today for exceptional service and compassion.
January has been a series of the most unfortunate events for me. After having to leave LA because of the fires and evacuations, losing a months worth of work, getting severely sick with shingles for the past two weeks (including nerve damage) and then a screw in my tire, today was a really rough day for me.
The nerve pain I am experiencing makes it difficult to do everyday things like run errands or work so finding out my tire wasn’t a quick fix and would need to be replaced nearly broke my spirit. I can’t even put into words how grateful I am that Joey was able to find a way to help me and take care of the situation.
I look forward to the day I can pay it forward.

They're very friendly, initially, on the phone 🤳 said they'd do a free patch/plug for a tire with a nail. Then when I arrived they claimed it was too worn out to legally patch or plug. And they claimed 3 of my 4 tires were legally worn out-
Ie past the legal driving limit. Literally just drove from CA to Washington DC and back . I replaced one tire in New Orleans during Superbowl weekend. Then made it to AZ. noticed low tire in The morning. Added air. Saw small nail in middle of tire ( ie repairable) , checked it myself for bubbles (yep). After I declined 3 new tires for $400 the attitude of the friendly mexican -american ( all mex- Americans working here) changed: not so friendly - HE WOULDN'T EVEN ALLOW ME TO ADD AIR TO THE SLIGHTLY LOW TIRE SO I CAN GO ELSEWHERE CLAIMING IT WAS ILLEGAL TO ADD AIR BECAUSE ITS TOO WORN OUT. Seriously? Wow 😡 unbelievable. I'm reporting this to corporate. Went elsewhere and got it patched - no problem.
