Great service. The guys are super fast, even with a long line. They installed one tire for me and did everything with high quality. They even double-checked the torque. I and my RAM 3500 are really grateful to them.

I dropped my stars from 5 to 2 because even though they provide great service, if I go in to have one tire repaired and I have the warranty they provide, I don’t need all of my tires measured and them trying to sell me more than what I came in and asked for. I understand this is a business but work with the customer at their request, not the companies.

Though my last visit should be rated 4 stars for leaving tools out where lugnut lock was located, but that was the only time I ever had an issue with the quality of their services. I have been going to Discount Tires ever since I've been able to drive (3 decades). I would recommend them to anyone and would suggest to purchase warranty on tires.

Been going to the Rita Ranch Discount Tire store for years. Always a great experience. The service members are polite, friendly and professional. Prices are reasonable

I want to preface this with the fact that i work on cars and know my way around most pretty freaking well.I took my mom in to get a tire replaced after it went flat, they said she’d need 2 new tires for 700$(which is literally absurd for her 2014 hundai santa fe). After waiting OVER 3 hours they said her car was done. Not even and hour after we left, as my mom is driving her car pieces of the tires start flying off. As i’m looking at her car the tires are literally shredding as they roll. Mind you these are brand new tires they have at their store so they claim. We obviously take the car back as her tires she replaced that morning are literally missing chunks of it, and they tell us “oh well” OH WELL? I just paid a ridiculous amount of money which was definitely a scam to hear after their error “oh well” i asked for the number to the supervisor and suddenly they don’t have one. I will be contacting corporate for a full refund and new tires as my moms is no longer able to drive out on the main road. These are people i have gone to school with,parents who’s kids i’ve known since elementary. i’m extremely disappointed and irritated with the service we received . Mind you the only reason my mom took her car here is because i didn’t have the day off to fix it and she had an interview later in the day. this is disgraceful and disgusting and the employees who worked in her car should be ashamed of themselves and the manger of the store should consider working at some chop shop elsewhere to scam people out of their hard earned money .

I can always count on discount for the best customer service and quality service. Ive been a customer with discount for 12 years and ive always been satisfied. I had a tire blow out recently and it was taken care of same day. There was a miscommunication and they resolved the problem with ease and I as usual, left happy. Always have a positive outcome when I come here. Thanks guys.

I recommend this shop! I had a tire going down and Jeremiah Laws was able to get me an appointment first thing the next morning. Service was great from the moment I arrived, Brandon knew who I was a he'd seen me pull up. He inspected my car and gave me ample opportunity to have other work done. My tech, Nev, kept me informed as service progressed and also suggested further work. The shop looked clean and professional! Nev found two nails in my tire, the repair and rebalance was free including checking all tires including my spare. I checked and tipping is allowed! This shop will be getting all my families tire business!

This place is abysmal. They took advantage of my mother today. And charged her $250 a tire. For standard sized tires. Nothing special. She only needed two new tires. But they tricked her into thinking she needed 4. And they charged over $1,000. I’m genuinely disgusted in their behavior. I understand times are hard. And everyone needs to make money. But to abruptly take advantage. And steal from a woman in her 60’s. Who knows nothing about cars. Really shows the lack of integrity this place upholds. I will be contacting corporate.

Tire sensor came on in my car, and since I had bought tires from them, I went to the Vail location and had them check the air, and of course, there is a nail in the sidewall of one of the tires. They got me in right away, looked up my warranty, and the ENTIRE cost of the tire was covered. I only had to buy a warranty for 45.00 for the new tire. I was so relieved, because I thought the process was different. Troy is the best. He is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and got my car done in about 30 minutes, which was less than what their tracker told me. Thank you all.
