Always love coming to my neighborhood Ace Hardware! This one is 10 mins from me, and the folks there are super helpful and knowledgeable every time I've been there! I sometimes just wish they were a little larger, but small town (Picture Rocks), so...TOTAL 5 stars!

This Ace is GREAT! I went in not having a clue how to fix my swamp cooler and by the time I left there I had every part needed and they took the time to explain to me what to do step by step. I went home more confident in the task at hand and was able to do it!! I can't thank the staff enough for saving the day and truly taking the time to care about their customers! You all sure went the extra mile!!!! Also, prices are comparable to other Ace Hardwares as well and although I have only been there 3 times so far, each time they have always had what I needed and the shelves were full and I was asked every time if I needed assistance with anything. Thank you again to all the Ace employees at the Picture Rocks location!

Since switching to Ace Hardware, they made the aisles smaller and difficult for two people to be in. I was told by employee to leave the aisle so another customer could exit, even though the other end of the aisle was not blocked.Also, my most recent visit had poor customer service. I was effectively ignored by the staff.
