Employees racially profile people and record them without consent. They also charged my card but wouldn't give me my snacks, and they never have anything the store is always messy with stuff everywhere and boxes in the isles it's just bad overall.

I had walked into this location in the process of folding my electric scooter in half to carry around while I shop for birthday wrapping items. When the cashier Jazmine yelled across the customers in line “bicycles aren’t allowed in the store!!” I turn to her and stated “it’s an electric scooter and I carry it like a briefcase”… she repeats her same statement in a harsher tone “bicycles aren’t allowed in the store”… I tell her “I’m going to carry it around” when she starts explaining to me “her” rules…. When the district manager Brandon walked out from the back room. He walks up to me, looks me up and down, then tells me “I’m fine” it’s fine to fold my electric scooter and carry it while I shop. If it wasn’t for the district manager being there to explain to the cashier basic minimal customer service skills I would have been ordered out of the store.
While checking out i obviously gave the cashier Jazmine a negative review on the payment pin pad. And she said and laughed in a condescending tone “HAHA that’s the story of my life”. Now I didn’t need to hear that, is that the attitude Jazmine will have with future customers, will Jazmine continue to disrespect customers even after being told by Upper management (Brandon) the correct ways of conducting business…

after two, in town, frequented stores, quit selling Folger's Vanilla Flavored Cappuccino, Dollar General is the only place I can now find it. Please Dollar General, don't stop selling my Coffee. Thank you Dollar General.

First arriving is annoying. I think dollar general has a mission to make their properties hard to see. I swear I know where it is at and pass it every time.
Facility is cluttery and usually have employees carts and such sprawled out on the floor. But I can’t really blame them always understaffed.
Employees themselves are engaging and nice

This is the worst store in Tucson the isles are always trashed they never have nothing stocked,the employees never know about or where anything is.the manager and most of the employees will follow you around the store uncomfortably almost stalkerish like very creepy.not a good shopping experience.Theres only one good employee there the guy who looks like Cleveland from family guy very helpful very nice never rude..

It's def become one of my favorite places to shop at- not only is the staff super sweet and nice but their selection is amazing and the prices have saved me tons of money- their $1 aisle has such quality products! Jasmine is the sweetest employee ever and an awesome manager- I love how she's so kind and helpful!

Pretty nice store overall. The workers are always kind. It's being organized right now, and coming along very well! Make sure you pick up trash in the parking lot if you see any, and leave no trace. ?

They are always slow and the staff are very rude . They ask you in front of other customers to take your purse while shopping and make you feel like a common thief and it is degrading. Most of their prices are much higher than Walmart or any other stores . I bought an item it was faulty and they wouldn't let me exchange it for another . Completely unprofessional and nobody knows what's going on .
