The store was a bit messy but it was also pretty busy. The staff really does try to keep up but there are usually quite a few customers in the store at all times.

Worst Dollar general I’ve been the cashiers aren’t willing to share their name and they do not have a name tag on. Not only that but I asked for cash back and they took the money from my account And the cashier told me they didn’t do cash back, but he proceeded to want to keep my cash. Then after asked for receipt, he said he couldn’t give it to me. After asking who their general manager was said I cannot tell you that. From the worse experience at the dollar general I would suggest customers to no longer buy at that specific store. I will be forced to contact general and district manager from this inciden, being a person with over 15yrs of customer service and loss prevention.

Does the store close at 10 or at 9:50? Why would the manager lock the doors before they close with the line and she has to finish with the line before she unlocks the door and let anybody out she was very rude yelling at customers to hurry up because she is not trying to stay there all night She must not know the difference between staying there all night and finishing her shift at the correct time and she was like 45 with a whole bunch of nasty hickeys all over her neck Someone needs to kindly explain to her that her shift doesn’t end at 10 o’clock her store doors close at 10 o’clock

Hands down the retail establishment with the worst pricing practices in Pima county--and that's saying something! Many items are not stocked above the correct price(if there is one). Also, many times I'm charged more at the register than what is indicated on the shelf. When I mention it to an employee, they say "it's the merchandisers fault". But isn't the store responsible for their pricing? Such a joke. And it happens at ALL their locations. Maybe if enough people complain to the State Attorney General, changes will be made. If the store won't make changes, then at some point, it becomes deliberate fraud and somebody needs to be charged criminally.

Manager at night was extremely rude the second we walked in had a nasty attitude can’t believe she even has a job she was trying to close the doors early

This particular store was open this morning at 8 am, which is a beautiful thing.
However, this location is very unorganized and quite messy.
The store clerk doesn’t seem to know where important things are, such as keys to open locked areas.
If I was a Manager of this store I would have every employee take a training on how to be more organized and clean.
