It is the second time I have had to wait in line behind others for about 10 minutes with NO cashier anywhere to be seen! Store manager needs to do a better job, as it's not only unprofessional and poor customer service, but also unsafe to not have someone on the front register or at least near the register at all times, especially when there's a customer or a line waiting for someone to appear. Employees who clearly don't take their job serious should be replaced by a self checkout system or someone who cares to do their job even if its at a retail store. I got to see name tag of the girl who eventually came out. Her name is Athena.

I wish I would have gotten the name of this cashier, but it was just few moments ago I was at store. The basket bar and could not leave out door and I just bought 36 bottles of water pack. There were no other baskets so this nice young man took it upon himself to carry this huge pack of bottled water to my car and loaded it for me. This is only dollar general I will go to.

Location is going to go down hill real quick.
Was there a few days ago. Property was pretty clean and well stocked. Employees asked if I needed help multiple times and even engaged with my overly talkative child.
The problem is while I was there 3 men decided to load up on stuff and bust through the emergency door and take tons of dollars worth of merchandise

Great store and employees, Christy was awesome and exceptionally helpful. She helped me locate some items I couldn’t find, and with me not knowing the area, she helped point out some other local businesses, that was very much appreciated.The store was well stocked and very convenient.

The last several times going into the store, there's been not one employee in sight, there's 1 self checkout register that people are lined up for that usually requires assistance, these lines typically go half the length of the store with everyone looking around wondering why no one is working the register. I imagine because no employee is ever in sight, it's also inviting for thiefs to shoplift. The last time I walked in, I seen the usual, no one working the register and long line, so walked out. They'll never get my business again or from my family. It's far from being a convenience store, may as well drive the extra miles to Walmart or Frys.

I very rarely go to this store. I saw McCafe keurig pods had a sale sign of $6.50 for small box so I took them to register, they rang at $9.00. I told the cashier, she went and checked and pulled "for sale" sign off. She said its not on sale anymore, the sign shouldn't be here. I told her it says there the regular price is $8.50..it harged me $9.00...she said "it probably went up." What a LAME answer for all those deceiving things you do to us customers. I told her it was not ok. She didn't care. They hire the most undesirables to work there. Obviously to match the stores ethics! These small stores are there to get you one way or another, that's why they are placed in the neighborhoods.

There is never anyone at the counter at this location. No one to greet you and no one to check you out. I don't know why I keep going back because every time I go I have to leave the line to go find someone for checkout. I just actually walked out because the lady in front of me In line told the manager "just letting you know, this (the self-check out) keeps canceling." And she just kept walking. So the lady had to walk after her. I put my stuff down and walked out. Another time, this same manager complained to me about a customer buying all the "penny items" I didn't know what that was so she told me all about it. I have also seen the manager hanging out with customers outside and once the two employees were smoking (I think) like 10 feet from the entrance. I hate it here. Do better.
