The manager of this establishment is lazy and always chit chatting while the other little boy/girl employee is right beside her hanging out not tending to the store . This type of behavior is unacceptable not to mention hard on other employees that work very hard every day to come in to ACTUALLY WORK this doesn’t show a good example at all from a “manager” or “ assistant manager “ . I see this type of behavior from them every time I come into this location in the morning. I give props to the couple employees that keep the store together because as a “manager “ she does not !

Been going here out of necessity living nearby. I’m actually a convert to it now. I’m finding the price is just as good as anywhere and the sizes are normal unlike some. When I add in the almost 20 miles gas and time to get to Tucson it’s a win. Staff always seem nice, things could be perhaps better organized and cleaned but they seem to run to wire on staff to keep prices down. Would help if customers bothered to pickup stuff they drop or put things back as they found them as well on other side the coin. Regular customer now and the savings you can find also help.

I just moved to Tucson, but I always enjoy this place. If you're happy so are they, I had drunk assistance that night with shower curtain and rod. Clerk was very helpful.

So although we know customer service is important I believe this store almost always has the best however lately it's been somewhat non-existent, we were there this morning and I allowed my disabled daughter to do the shopping this time and as she checked out at self checkout due to nobody being available for cashiers, the mgr sat in his office and watched her struggle instead of offering to help she got overwhelmed and paid for half of her items and unfortunately not the other half instead of offering to help he called the police who proceeded to come to our home and gave us a ticket and a court date I feel like all of this could've been avoided had their first priority been customer service... Sadly we will never come back there...

Not a bad experience...Just looking for deals on left-over Christmas items which are slim-pickens' at this point, store could also be cleaner, so it gets a three-star rating.
