Over the past 10 years, I’ve had my household items stored at several different storage units across Tucson. The team at Dollar Self Storage (Dragoon Street location) is, by far, the best management team I’ve encountered at any storage facility. Always polite, super on-top-of-it, and willing to go that extra mile. I cannot recommend this Dollar Self Storage location enough.

Vicki the manager was absolutely amazing! She was able to secure me with a storage unit . I had to call her and let her know that I was unable to get movers in that short of time to move in my property. Vicky suggested that I call Easy Movers because they store their items there. I called Easy Movers they were able to secure my appointment and move me in to Dollar Storage . I cannot express my gratitude and appreciation at a very stressful time of my life .Vicki showed such compassion and made me feel at ease I am so thankful.Vicki went above and beyond not only getting me my unit but also getting me my movers.Thank you ,Michelle Amado

This is probably the best storage facility I have ever used. Over the years I have come and gone from home storage to business storage and the customer service is always spectacular and the property is always clean. I appreciate the quick and easy sign up process and accessibility. I highly recommend.

Super clean extremely safe a secure. 100% recommend the management is amazing . Really awesome Staff. Friendly, personable and caring. Everything I was hoping for. If you need to store your thing for awhile and want to rest at ease knowing it's safe this is the place you want.

This is the perfect storage facility for my University of Arizona student to store her items over the summer. We have done this 2 summers in a row now and feel it is safe ad secure. Their customer service is fantastic and we will be back again next summer.

Vicki is the absolute best! She was genuine, patient, and an overall joy to be around! I've been looking for storage, and this, by far, has the best prices for the size I needed. Customer service was top tier, and I will definitely be referring all my family, friends, and co-workers to her for all their storage needs! Thank you again, Vicki. You are the absolute best!!

I had a wonderful experience at Dollar Self Storage, all thanks to Vicki and Matt.They were so helpful in getting me the storage I needed. This was my first time using a storage place and they made me feel comfortable and got me all set up! I definitely recommend coming to them for all your storage needs.

Facility is super clean! The staff is amazing and very helpful. I unfortunately lost my key to my lock but they were able to help me with no worry. Recommend to anyone on the west side of Tucson.

Dollar Storage is awesome and their staff is amazing and super helpful!I was able to get a unit on a Sunday morning while all other storage places were closed.I referred a co worker to the storage and they got a unit and Victoria made sure I got a discount for the referral. Sergio is also really helpful with anything/everything we need around the unit!10/10 recommend!
