“Dollar tree is certainly not a dollar anymore. However still great pricing for what you get. Containers for instance are incredible pricing compared to other stores. Xmas stuff very good place to purchase those types of items decorating etc. Good choices but almost gone. Staff friendly and quick to answer any questions. No complaints.”
“Actually had more items and better items then the store closest to me. Had the items I couldn't find and things they don't even sale in the store on Harrison. It may be further out but, it is worth it. Definitely has a better cosmetic and housewares section. Nice fluffy pillows. Had to get out of there before I spent to much lol, y'all know?.”

“I tried looking for the corporate email for the Dollar tree on 6178 Speedway Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85711. I have to highlight the amazing customer service and honesty I encountered from Leo the manager and an assistant manager who I didn’t get the name of. My mother went in on 06/13/2024 and she left without her purse. Her purse was left in the cart she was using and had her license and credit cards in her phone case. She went to run several errands that evening and realized at the end of day that she did not have her purse or wasn’t sure where it was left. We called different locations and even this one without luck. Finally two days later we decided to present at each location. She went to this Dollar Tree and found Leo the manager who was working down a line of customers. Another wonderful associate Steve who was so sweet and caring to my mother, he looked in their normal area and said there was nothing found. Leo overheard and asked if they could wait for him to finish assisting customers, because he could help my mother. She described it to him and then came out with her purse. The assistant manager who found it, kept it in a locked area where security watched it being locked away. They took this extra measure to make sure nothing was taken and nothing was lost. Everything was in place and as well as valuables that my mother was super distraught about “possibly” losing. The care and compassion that this assistant manager, Leo, and Steve was superb. We are incredibly grateful for their honesty and thoughtful processes.”
“Clerks were nice, store was clean and organized, customers a bit rough but over good experience. My cashier was Alyssa, she was very polite, very helpful, and courteous! Thanks will definitely come back for Easter! Everyone was that was working on 3/16/24”

“In Picture Rocks, you only have a small handful of places to get food or merch, and the Family Dollar is one of two that you may actually find what you want. There are times they don't have what you want, but without them here, you'd have to drive to Tucson to get it.”
“I always love going to Dollar Tree. The stuff is pretty cheaply made but the selection is wonderful. For 20 I can get all of the stocking staffers for a family of 6. Great place if you are low on cash or just poor like me!!!”
“Immediate area in severe decline. Parking lot was dirty with trash left unattended. Parking can prove problematic at times. Warmly welcomed by friendly inviting professional staff upon entry. Ample stock on hand.
Checkout is always slow and seems to require unjustified time delays.
Please with my overall visit but there is clearly room for improvements”

“I like to go here. Some of the prices are way better than regular grocery stores. Just wish they would clean once in a while. But I guess they would have to hire someone to do that. Whoever owns these chains hates to hire cleaners.”
“Location is going to go down hill real quick.
Was there a few days ago. Property was pretty clean and well stocked. Employees asked if I needed help multiple times and even engaged with my overly talkative child.
The problem is while I was there 3 men decided to load up on stuff and bust through the emergency door and take tons of dollars worth of merchandise”
“Been going here out of necessity living nearby. I’m actually a convert to it now. I’m finding the price is just as good as anywhere and the sizes are normal unlike some. When I add in the almost 20 miles gas and time to get to Tucson it’s a win. Staff always seem nice, things could be perhaps better organized and cleaned but they seem to run to wire on staff to keep prices down. Would help if customers bothered to pickup stuff they drop or put things back as they found them as well on other side the coin. Regular customer now and the savings you can find also help.”

“Love the service here. The staff literally know me and my family which is really nice compared to those big wall to wall stores. My favorite part other than the incredible customer service is that you can get pretty much everything you need here but it's all at least a few dollars cheaper than Walmart to half off! Not to mention the incredible seasonal section of decor for every holiday and it's not so huge that you feel like you wasted an hour just walking back and forth through the store. You shop here once and you'll never go back to Walmart again.”

“Even though 1 item never made it home with me, THIS LOCATION was SUPERIOR and Sherry was a truly BRILLIANT employee!!! The store was fully stocked with all the things I couldn't find at other locations! But it was Sherry that made my trip Awesome! Really? Dollar Tree "awesome"? YES!!! She knew the exact location of the items on my list (which my old bones truly appreciated). But wait... My total was $10.65 (quick stop). The register told her my change...but then I ADDED $1.... It didn't cause her ANY DRAMA! SHE cheerfully knew to give me a $10 bill & the change!!! I Know! She didn't give me the confused look so common these days. She didn't get flustered and closeout the transaction to do the MATH needed to deliver my change! Sherry was a delightful,friendly,calm store employee!!!she even shared that a larger size of an item was in a different area of the store! INCREDIBLE! Thank you!”

“Be very cautious ! Check your receipt and make sure of the item count ! I bought 22 items and noticed I was charged for 45 ! When I said something they flipped out and told me to leave the store ,.that was some time ago. Since then the woman got rid of the thief and she is one of the best 99ce;t store owners there are, That's a good Price !!! ???”
