I love this store, the location and the amazing and friendly manager. He seems to really care about his store and takes pride in it. He protects it like it's his home, welcomes everyone who walks in, he's always restocking or tidying up and ït always feels life we've been friends for years. Bc of this dedication the store is clean, stocked and usually free of the issues.

This is the go-to store for absolutely everything! Affordable & decorate any part of your home without the expense. Great on kid's stuff as well on adult stuff too! Cashiers and customer service are outstanding always with a greeting. They work hard to make our seasons possible all year long. Thank you so much!

I was here at noon on Sunday, October 27th. The cashier was having a difficult time with her receipt printer. She was the only open register and there were about 7 customers in line. When she asked her manager, Gilbert for help, he belittled her in front of all of the customers. saying things like, "did you press something wrong" and "hitting it won't help". She was not hitting it. The cashier was visibly embarrassed by his words. Other customers could sense the tension as well. This man is a poor manager and does not deserve his position.

Does Dollar tree is very nice compared to the other Dollar trees they seem to have more items the store is always clean the Greek customer service PS they have a bathroom you can use thank God.. 🤣

The manger was rude and denied me access on my handicap scooter because i had to come inkinda fast to miss the fast closing door since they dont have automatic door switches for the handicap people..They will disctimate against the handicap..Dont give this company no kore business so they will close all their stores.

Just disgusting all around.
The older cashier with what looks like drag makeup was so rude to customers.
She was the only cashier and the line was 7 carts deep...4 of them very full carts. Didn't call for help until a customer presented a $50 bill. Then she called and made comments about seeing how long it would take the manager to show up. Minutes of silence from her and mumbling from customers she looked up at the customer and asked "So, how's your day going?" and laughed. None of us laughed.
It took the manager approx 5 minutes to show up, wave off the bill after looking at it from 5 feet away, and took some customers... NOT THE NEXT ONES IN LINE, mind you.
All the customers were very polite and wishing each other a good day and Happy Father's Day.
I needed the restroom... I'll be contacting the Board of Health. This bathroom is disgusting.
I looked at previous comments and it seems to have looked the same a month ago so no one is going anything about it. An important note... This wasn't end of day... This was at 830am! So it wasn't cleaned the day before

I was kinda in a rush late at night after work. i go into there they say to put my bag down and I do so without problem. Then I see someone with a purse that could fit my entire backpack. I asked “what’s the difference” and she immediately resorted to yelling at me saying they do this to everyone. I know, i’ve been there many times but there wasn’t a difference. At the end of yelling at me They admitted that they thought I was suspicious so that’s just profiling I did nothing to deserve that.

So Mrs Fran is Racially profiling on who she picks and choose who can have their bags in the store. A young black man comes in with a Fanny pack over his shoulder he cant fit anthing in it but a white woman comes in with a backpack and 2 other bags and was not asked to leave her bags? DO better dollar store management
