I luv the products I buy from the dollar tree. But the customer service is not good at all. THIS HAPPENED MORE THAN ONCE, There will be long lines in the store, and FOUR of the cashier's and the manager are in the front of the store smoking cigarettes. And there is one cashier inside working the whole customer crowd. They don't greet or even smile at their customers. Actually I continue to go for the cheap prices and it's the closest dollar store to me but if I wasn't trying to save money and make ends meet,
I would spend my money where the workers actually appreciate their customers that pay their rent. * The cigarette breaks can be ONE at a time, come on now. And Go AT LEAST 10ft away from the door, if not further. Please and thank you. And to say "Have a nice day" isn't hard. Only one very nice cashier, I am so sorry I didn't get your name because she deserves a shout out, she is nice.

Plenty of products in store but customer service 0/10. People can tell time, announcing the store is closing in an hour is Insane to me and to demand the customers to make it to the front

Wouldn't inflate a balloon for me even if I bought the balloon there? Why? I offered to pay for the helium as well and still no, I don't understand the lack of customer service.

I've seen better dollar trees and I've defintely seen worst. It's just because as usual they are super understaffed. And the staff didn't know where anything is and didn't wanna help because they didn't wanna be there clearly.
