My grandkids absolutely love this place.
I found it clean and well stocked.
Staff seems to come across as disconnected and disingenuous but respectful.

Bought a rootbear there and opened it in the car half the bottle ecxploded out on me and in the car half of the front and back of my 40$ jeans are now soaked brown all i did was twist the cap

Lukas needs to find a new job if he can't speak. No hello, doesn't read the total to customers, no thank you NOTHING. Why work in customer service jobs when clearly it's not a good fit.

I went in today with my mom and my 3 daughters. I'll be the first to say that my 4 year old is no angel. As a matter of fact, until recently, I wasn't comfortable taking her in stores. But she's gotten better. While in the store today, she found a toy from the pet section, a really loud, really obnoxious one. She had just come up to me with the toy when the store manager loudly said, "Can we give the pet toy a rest, please?" Reasonable request, if she hadn't said it so rudely. Even with the please, there was nothing polite about it. I told the kid to stop it, and the manager had taken 2 steps when the kid squeezed the toy again. The manager planted herself at the end of the aisle again, and I'm not exaggerating when I say she looked like she was about to start screaming or come down the aisle and jump me. I called out to her that the kid is 4, and it's going to take more than one request for her to cool it with the toy. She then offered to hold the toy at checkout, which was nice, but there was no need for her to be so rude and fuming. I considered walking out without purchasing anything, but I like their merchandise. I was a frequent shopper at this location, but I'll be driving farther from now on to avoid her, and I'd suggest others do the same. There is nothing like a confrontation with a store "MANAGER" (no good leader would behave like that) to hurt a business and scare off customers.

I attempted to purchase items from this location, and asked if I was able to take them, the manager herself told me I was able to take them. Moments later one of her employees came back and almost grabbed them out of my hand. It was an action of disrespect and I was offended. She proclaimed that another “customer” had them on hold. It was way rude the way she had them taken away from me. I then told her I had the money cash to pay for them and she told me that customer had came in almost everyday to shop and she had a right to save it for that customer. How much does one have to buy from them just to purchase items?

I so enjoyed my trip there. The store was well maintained. Items filled the shelves. Staff was very friendly/ helpful.I will make this dollar tree my go to for shopping.
