This used to be my favorite dollar tree until today. The cashier was so rude. I smiled and said “how are you”, to which she snapped at me “it’s too early for this Christmas crap” (I was buying some Xmas decor). Then she was slamming my things down (fragile things). Then exclaimed “I’m glad I’m going on vacation so I don’t have to deal with this crap”. I am astonished at how rude the experience was. Do not expect good customer service here. in fact, expect to be ridiculed for what you are buying.

To the old lady who apparently works in this dollar store from morning to night, get a grip. When I get a few items, I do not dump out my basket on the conveyer belt. I’ve witnessed many other people do this, as well as worked in retail where the presence of a basket has never bothered me. So I put my basket up with Easter eggs in it, and she was definitely upset but this particular woman is always prickly so I assumed it was just her being her, I’m literally about to pay and then another customer comes in and he had dumped out his basket everywhere, she very loudly “oh WOWWW thank you sooooo much for being able to dump out your basket” blah blah. Literally went on about it for 45 seconds. Just weird behavior, I go in to this store all of the time and she could’ve just said she preferred I dumped it out and I would’ve began to dump it out from then on?? just chill lady

Do not go to this store ever they are all inconsiderable prick! It's holiday and they will try to ruin it. I just ask them if I can change my $2 to a quarter so I can buy treats for my kids they refuse me. And give me lots of excuses they even use the holiday, what it the connection of holiday for not letting the customer request the change. I ask the manager his name is Adam and not helping at all. I should have not gone to this store to experience a bad treatment today.

Bathroom was unpleasant. The toilet bowl was filled with dark spots and so was the basin. The floor had pee stains and who knows what else on it. They don’t clean their bathrooms. Customer service was so bad to I should have just left instead of buying stuff.

Someone threw up in front of the doors. The manager just locked the door and left it there. I let them know they should at least get a bucket of soup water to clean up. She said they didn't have anything to clean it up with.... in a store full of cleaning products. Wow, just wow.

The store is great! The only problem is with one of the employees, Kelly! She is so happy and nice to every shopper in the store. Then, when I get up to her register, she gets this ugly scowl on her face and won't even talk to me. Wow! I've never seen anyone quite that rude! I even called her on it today. She completely ignored me and started talking to the next person in line! Most terrible customer service ever! Looks like I won't be shopping there anymore!
