WiFi did not work during stay and cellphone reception was horrible inside the room. This is an older hotel and the rooms are not the same as other newer Double Trees. Overall a pleasant hotel but not quite on par with newer Double Trees locations.

Our stay here was an absolute nightmare. The rooms are extremely noisy. You can hear the person talking, coughing, sneezing in the neighboring room. There were a lot of sketchy people walking around the inside perimeter. The rooms are an outside entry in an unsecured courtyard. Anyone from the street can enter this property and the walks are very long to access your room. Everything was so dirty on the perimeter of this courtyard. The rooms were also disgusting. The hotel is very outdated. The curtains were dirty, ripped falling off of the ceiling. The plaster was cracked. The room's furnishings were so disgustingly dirty and worn that I was afraid to sit on any of it. There was one working elevator and it sounded like a death trap. We were afraid we were going to be stuck inside of it. This hotel also houses long-term stays . Do not stay at this hotel. It is disgusting and feels very unsafe.

This hotel will be renovated later in 2024, and it definitely needs it! This is probably the worst Hilton property I've ever stayed in. Carpeting was stained, missing bathroom baseboard tile, AC vents grossly dirty, TV sound was unsynced with the picture, and the AC didn't work because they're on a 2-pipe system. So the front desk had a fan brought to my room. Totally unacceptable. Breakfast was subpar from the food to the fact there weren't enough tables for guests. I checked out and moved down the street to the Hilton Garden Inn -- much, much better.

This hotel is tired and you can see it. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off, the drawers in the kitchenette area would not stay closed, the box the soap came in was crushed. I imagine working in a place like this would not inspire many to take pride in their work. And you can tell.

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree as a Diamond member, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The cleanliness of the room neglected, multiple stains on carpet and showers not draining. The customer service at DoubleTree was the worst I've encountered in my Hilton experiences. The front desk staff were consistently rude, and when I requested to speak with the general manager about my concerns, they were unwilling to provide any information.Communication was a significant issue, as calls to the front desk often went unanswered for a considerable duration. Additionally, the hotel's heating and cooling system limitations were inconvenient, with guests unable to adjust temperatures below 62 or above 72. Despite freezing temperatures, the offered space heater provided minimal relief.Overall, the lack of professionalism and communication greatly marred my stay at the DoubleTree, leaving me dissatisfied as a loyal Diamond member.

The location is OK if you wanna stay close to the airport but other wise it's no better to get a place somewhere else. My room looked fine at first but then came the horrors, the bathroom door lock didn't work, the shower head didn't work, the temperature of the rooms could not be controlled and the telephone for the room didn't work, you could not call the front desk or room service, the only number that worked was for their restaurant. The worst was the services. The staff would not give you water we had to resort to tap water because water was way too expensive and the room service wouldn't even pick up so we couldn't get water in the middle of the night. We were extremely dehydrated and the hotel staff couldnt even be bothered to help us with our luggage, we had to ask them to take it to our room. I have travelled many places even 30 dollar rooms in a back alley hotel in kalkata gave better service. In all honesty I felt less like a guest who paid over 200 dollars for my room and more like an inconvenience at my aunts house.

Very tired rooms. Rates are high. Breakfast in the attached restaurant was the highlight.

So it is definitely not as nice as the pictures make it look. The carpet was covered in stains and the furniture is waaaayyyy outdated. This place has the potential to be really nice, but it just seems like a lot of little things have falken through the cracks and all those little things add up and now it looks run down. The front desk people are very nice and helpful. I needed a heater because it was so cold last night and they were very efficient bringing it up, especially so late. I guess it's ok for the money, but don't think it is accurately shown online. They also do require a $50 deposit which it says no where on their site.
