Do not shop here they will not return anything even if you’ve never worn it. I purchased a pair of shoes online. Terrible and hurt my feet Wore them for less than four hours in an office setting and the very rude Julia helped me out and said that she would absolutely not refund them and gave me a gift card, which I definitely will never use. Terrible place and overpriced.

the manager at this location, i believe her name was julia, verbally assaulted a employee after giving a horrible vibe the entire time i was in the store. horrible

The store seems to be organized well other than certain times finding shoes misplaced. I understand how it can get busy at times. Allena was helpful in helping me find specific shoes in a polite manner.

Sometimes you find a pair or two, and sometimes you find none. The last several times I had been to the store, I hadn't found any shoes. This time I found a great pair of comfy Borne shoe boots. They are awesome! There was just one problem, I was carrying a stack of five shoe boxes in front of me and covering my face, at the end of the sale shoes, I started to drop down on the bench that I knew was always there at the end of each row, and as I started to fall and didn't touch the bench, I realized it was gone. Luckily I caught myself and didn't fall and hurt myself. I think this is a safety issue. When I asked the sales girl to complain to the manager, she seemed surprised at my complaint. She said those have been gone for about a year. I guess I never noticed, because the last three times I had been there, I never found shoes that I liked, and I didn't need to sit down. Note to managers, the end of the store could use some benches as well. It is dangerous to walk around with a stack of shoes, trying to find a bench. Thank you, I do like my new shoes! Can we please put the benches back, or at least a few?

The lady at the register was rude. Off putting. She may have been a store manager as well. I asked if a certain coupon would apply to my athletic shoes as I saw the DSW coupon online and she was like "well if it's something like retail me not we don't do that." So I matter of factly stated that it was her DSW site. Even her associate next to her confirmed it was the DSW site. Although the coupon didn't apply to the certain athletic shoes I was getting, that lady could have been nicer.
