I would give it zero stars if I could... used to come here all the time and had great service. Started going down hill about 2 years ago. The last time I came in they told me it would be 15 minutes and I was here for 2 and 1/2 hours. They told me next time make an appointment and you will take precedence. I called in today to get an oil change and to make an appointment. The guy on the phone said if I made the appointment at 11 it would only take 15-20 minutes to get me in and out. I just walked in for my appointment and was told it would be 2 hours. When I tried to talk to him about it he suggested I go to the location on Oracle instead (complete opposite side of town... at least 45 minutes away) if I couldn't wait or make an earlier appointment... Which I tried to do when I first called but I was told that I needed to make it later if I wanted to get in and out quickly. Didn't seem to care one way or another if they did the oil change or not.

Don't listen to that one star person. Real friendly environment, great customer service and fast quality work. If you talk to the manager like a normal person he'll give the best deal he can. Won't make you do a repair if it's not need yet, will recommend when it does need to be looked at again. Top notch work.

Don't waste your time here! I have been coming here for the past 3 years for the $9.98 oil change. This place has gone through managers and owners faster than China goes through rice! During my 3 year dedication, I came across a mechanic named Wayne. I developed a trusting and loyal relationship with Wayne. He is one of those mechanics that tells you what you need, what you can wait on and how much things will cost, while working with you on the price. He has been great to me over the past few years and my car has been operating and running very smoothly, until today! Today I went in for an oil change and was told that Wayne no longer works here and that my car doesn't qualify for the $9.98 oil change. I have been coming here for 3 years and it just so happens that my mechanic no longer works here AND you can no longer give me the $9.98 oil change!? I am still driving the same car I was driving 3 years ago! The manager told me that Wayne wasn't in today and it wasn't until I asked, "Well does he work tomorrow?" did the new manager tell me that he no longer works here! I then asked where Wayne worked now and he refused to tell me! The other guy sitting at the desk ended up telling me that he works at J & L Automotive on Speedway and Country Club. I will be there first thing tomorrow morning! I can't believe the terrible marketing strategies that Meineke Econo Lube on Broadway and Kolb uses to lure people in! They are not loyal to their regular customers, have terrible customer service and it's no wonder they go through management and ownership so often! If I were Wayne, I would leave to! As a loyal customer, they no longer have my business. I will be at J & L Automotive first thing tomorrow morning requesting Wayne as my mechanic! Don't waste your time at Meineke Econo Lube!
