El Grande Center is a place for cheap Amazon or Temu junk that people have sent back. Returned items are thrown into bins for shoppers to find something worth the asking price. Prices start at $1 and go up to $15, dropping each day if not sold. The location has various shops and vendors and easy entry and exit, and the plaza appears clean and well maintained. However, aggressive panhandlers and unsightly characters can be problematic, making the area feel unsafe. The place is noisy and often lacks enough shopping carts, but some shoppers find bargains by digging in the bins. There is also a restaurant serving a chile relleno combo, tamales, and pupusa. Children are not recommended without full‑time security.

Interesting concept! Each day is a set price for all things in the bins. Takes time to look through stuff but always finding something interesting.
