I visited this place when I first moved here looking for a quality hand car wash when I took my car the first time it came out ok, not great, not wow but ok so I let it go I decided to give it a shot again I cleaned out my car took out the trash just so they can vacuum and give it a wipe, I was waiting for a minute too and no one told me my car was ready they kinda just put it to the side and started working on other cars, I ignored it until I realized I was the last one there and new customers were arriving I decided to ask and the man didn't answer me he just opened my door so I said ok it must be ready, the outside looks great but the inside.. you can tell they half assed the inside and went all out on the outside very disappointed will not be returning you're well off going across the street doing it yourself for half the price.

Horrible place too take your vehicle. The mechanic doesn’t know what he’s doing and WILL mess up your vehicle and damage your vehicle without telling you. Then the owner says “it already came like that” DO NOT RECOMMEND dude can’t even patch a tire. Says he’s doesn’t know how to use the equipment.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THEY MESS UP YOUR VEHICLE sloppy mechanic work. Vehicle damage and was not notified. Worst place ever.

If you want to use a company that throws trash out their window in a Oro Valley McDonalds drive through then this is the company for you. In my opinion this is just classless and lazy! I wouldn’t want them touching my truck!

It looked very nice and i wanted a good wax. Staff seemed more inclined to tend to their own errands rather than wait on me so after 30 minutes i left. Ill try again another day.
