El Super is a large supermarket offering a wide selection of culturally diverse products, especially favorites for Latin American cuisine. The store is described as huge, with a little bit of everything to make a delicious meal. It features clear signage in both Spanish and English. The bakery department is excellent, loaded with fresh bread, pan dulce, and cakes. The meat department is also very large, with great prices, though sometimes there is a long line. The store has lots of staff seen stocking, cleaning, and working fast at check-out. The produce selection includes fresh Mexican fruits and vegetables, as well as a good selection of dried beans and spices. However, the quality and appearance of the produce can be inconsistent, sometimes requiring customers to sort through the piles. Prices on vegetables can be very good, offering significant savings, but other grocery items are seen as limited and overpriced by some. A downside noted is that customers must bag their own groceries, though reusable bags are available for purchase. The location and area receive negative comments, described as rough, with issues like homelessness around the store and a crowded, weird parking lot. Customer service experiences are mixed, with staff generally described as nice, but some reports of poor service and communication issues at the registers. The store does not accept OTC benefit cards.
Never enough cashiers. Hate coming to this store because there is always a long wait. If you don't want to hire staff at least get self-checkout like other stores.

Good store has a lot of options to choose from. Location not the best. Literally got rushed by a homeless person and thankfully a police officer was there to grab him

Great bakery and good produce prices on most items.
