The people working here are very kind but when we were transferred to someone to help us book and get our insurance information. The person handling that interaction was very condescending and rude. She keep getting upset and somewhat rude with us when we asked if she got the information due to a delay between us. And when we explained why we were doing it, she was very rude to us. We had to hang up and call again just so we can do it. Justin was a very understanding about it when we recalled and helped us get all though all the necessary information. He was also very helpful before we got transferred to an in-house helper for a reservation

Overall I had a great experience with this Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I was hoping they had small trucks available to rent instead of paying out of pocket for an upgraded vehicle but I was happy with the vehicle I had. I would rent from them again.

Enterprise has always been my go-to rental vehicle agency. Best prices and best service, hands down. My vehicle was totalled by another driver so their insurance was supposed to be billed, but Enterprise billed me in error. I was able to get reimbursed but it took quite a while and I shouldn't have been charged to begin with. That's my single complaint on my most recent experience. Otherwise this is the only company I'll use for rental vehicles.

Terrible! We have unfortunately had to rent a car twice from this location, but we will never rent from enterprise again! Both times we rented one of their cars, they ended up charging us bogus “fees” claiming different terms than agreed upon. The first time, we returned the rental with the agreed upon 1/4 tank of gas in the car, yet they charged us $50 for not returning it with 1/2 tank of gas. We tried to explain that we had filled it to the amount we were instructed to, even showed them the paperwork proving that it said 1/4 tank, yet they still charged us the $50 extra fee. The car had 1/4 tank when we picked it up. The second time, we specifically asked about their pet policy, as we needed to use the car to take our dog to a vet appointment, and they assured us that it was completely fine to have our dog in the vehicle. We were very careful to protect the interior as much as possible and we covered the back seat with blankets just to be extra safe. However, when we returned the car, they charged us $150 because there was some dog hair on the removable floor mat. It doesn’t cost $150 to run a vacuum, and it wasn’t like it was all over the place. We even returned the car 5 days earlier than what we had paid for, and they refused to issue a refund for those 5 extra days. So not only did we pay $150 cleaning fee, but we also lost the money we had paid for the days we didn’t have the car. They get to turn around and rent the same car to someone else for those same days and make double the profit. The employees were extremely rude to us in both instances and behaved unprofessionally, yelling and being unnecessarily rude. If they have a policy against having pets in their rental cars, they should state that upfront instead of saying it’s fine and then later berating customers and charging ridiculous overpriced fees. Since we have twice had them charge us for random discrepancies, it seems obvious that they are just looking to scam people out of money. Beware! They will lie to you about their expectations/policies, and the cost of the sudden surprise fees is really high. You are better off finding an honest company that won’t try to trick you into paying more money than you actually owe. Both times we asked questions and were lied to by employees only to be charged extra for it later. They will deliberately lie to you when you go to pick up a car, then they will claim that you owe them money when they were the ones being dishonest from the start. This company is a nightmare!

Enterprise came through at my time of need as my own vehicle was in for repairs. The vehicle, a 2021 Toyota Corolla, ran well and was easy to drive and maintain. Enterprise communicated well with both myself and my insurance company as I was able to pick up and drop off the vehicle easily.

The staff was helpful and I appreciated being picked up from the body shop. The vehicle I was picked up in had a very strong odor of cigarette smoke. The guy who inspected my rental vehicle reaked of marijuana. Otherwise, the whole rental process went smoothly.

Perry and the entire enterprise staff were extremely professional and customer focused! They went above and beyond to meet our expectations. Clear communication throughout and made the process a breeze. Definitely recommend this location for all your rental needs!

I made reservations on September 4th for two mini vans for October 4th. On Monday October 2nd I received a call from someone from Enterprise (I will not name him, as he was very professional and his customer service was a lot better than the two employees mentioned) to confirm my reservations and make sure I was still good to go. I informed him of the arrangements and informed him I would be using one van, and my parents would be using another van and asked him if that would be a problem, he stated it would not be an issue, and informed me they (my parents) would need to be there to pick up the vehicles with me. I asked him if there was anything else I needed to get to them before the 4th explaining I was traveling an hour and a half and wanted to make sure I had everything they needed prior to getting to their office, he reassured me everything was good to go.On October 4th, the day of my scheduled pick up, I received a call from Terry who informed me that “he just noticed” I needed to turn in documents confirming my address, despite my efforts in getting these documents, it was not enough for “their policies”. Now I am fully aware companies have policies to follow and whatnot, however I did not understand why they waited until the day of my pick up to request this information. After several back and forth calls with Enterprise, I was informed that if I could not get certain documents, and I would need to use a major credit card. I explained I did not have one, and was informed by Terry, that if my parents had one, they could use their credit card.After talking with Terry for some time about this situation, I received a call from Fernando, the Manager re-explaining everything Terry told me. I informed the manager that I spoke with someone from their office on Monday and was informed everything was good to go. Fernando sounded like he did not believe me as I couldn’t remember the name of the top of my head, so he said he couldn’t do anything about it. (I ended up remembering the name later). He informed me that he could only give me these two vans if my parents had a major credit card. Fernando was very condescending and lacked professionalism as he kept saying he already spoke to the gentleman I talked to on the 2nd as if that was supposed to make things okay. I ended up asking my sister to call them back and arrange to have my parents use their credit card; however, her interaction with them was just as bad as what I dealt with.When my parents arrived to Enterprise to put the vans on my dad’s credit card, Enterprise told him he could not use his card for both vans, even though Fernando told me he could. I’ve rented from Enterprise before and the customer service was always excellent. When I asked Fernando what else could I do as my trip was scheduled for tomorrow, and all he said was “well you’ll need to find another place to rent from.” You would think the manager would have offered some kind of helpful solution, and try to work with me, since it was on them I got this information so late, but he was unwilling to provide any kind of assistance.I ended up finding two vans at the last minute, but it was such a hassle, going to two different rental companies. Fortunately, their customer service was a whole lot better than the two I had to deal with at Enterprise. The manager and staff could benefit from customer service training.

I had a great experience with renting a car at Enterprise. Justin and Jessica did all the foot work and all I had to do was pick up and drop off the car. They worked with my insurance after an accident. I rate this business 5/5.

Great experience from start to finish. Every single person I dealt with, on the phone and in person, was professional and friendly. I wish I remembered all of their names. The rental car we were put in was wonderful, everything was explained clearly and I highly recommend for your rental needs. If the need arises again, I would definitely go back! Thanks Enterprise!

great experience at this location! had to have a rental due to a collision and justin was able to get me in a 2023 jeep compass paid for by the insurance company. really great vehicle. they also shuttled me between the collision center and their store. shoutout to justin and fernando!! thanks guys!
