If you notice, most of these reviews are from a year ago and prior to Express-IT being purchased. Ever since this purchase, rates have gone up and service is down. They have a contract with Roadrunner Transportation to move Roadrunner shipments to Tucson. Freight is taking almost two weeks to move from Phoenix to Tucson. Roadrunner blames Express-IT and Express-IT blames Roadrunner. Bottom line, we the customer are not getting our deliveries in a timely fashion. I will be hard pressed to ship with either company in the future.
