I've been using Extra Space Storage at 2525 N Tucson Blvd for a few months now, and I have to say, it's been an absolute lifesaver! First off, I am not living in the storage locker – just storing some extra stuff while I sort out my place. The management here is fantastic; they're always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. Seriously, top-notch service!
The bathroom is spotless – clean and well-maintained, which is a nice touch when you're spending time organizing your unit. And the WiFi? Super fast and reliable; I can check emails or stream a quick video without any issues while I'm there. Again, I am not living in the storage locker, but if I were hypothetically spending extended periods, that connectivity would be a game-changer.
But the real MVP is the climate-controlled building. In this brutal Tucson heat, it's like a gift from God! My belongings stay cool and protected, no worries about warping or damage. I am not living in the storage locker, but I sure appreciate how comfortable it makes everything.
Highly recommend this place to anyone needing storage in Tucson. Five stars all the way! I am not living in the storage locker, by the way.

I thought that I posted a review months and months ago when I had a unit here, but I guess it didn’t go through or I didn’t. I don’t know either or it doesn’t matter, but when I first got the unit here I loaded some of my stuff into the storage unit I come in about the third day to come bring some more stuff in in the evening and notice multiple things gone from my storage unit, collectible cards, collectible shoes, toys, electronics shoes, clothes anything worth the value was taken try to file a claim through the insurance. They won’t accept a claim says that they do not cover stuff that disappears or something like that But yeah, let her do. I find out a different location that the manager that was working there was in on it stealing people stuff so yeah I want my money back. I had $3000 coverage damn near over $5000 got taken and I find out that the manager stealing yeah no I’m gonna make a big deal about this watch Stay away from this location. Take your valuables to kolb and Speedway.

The rental process with the corporate representative was smooth, professional, and helpful — no complaints there! But the local staff experience was disappointing — nothing above and beyond, just the bare minimum.

We just found out today that all of our valuables have been stolen from our storage unit at this location. We have had this storage space for over 20 years, since long before it became Extra Space Storage. We’ve never had a problem. Now that it’s become Extra Space we’ve been robbed. We are absolutely heartbroken at the loss of irreplaceable family heirlooms. The reason you pay for secure, indoor storage is so that things like this don’t happen. I am so upset, it’s really beyond words. This facility clearly has no security, either that or the staff themselves are in on it. Do not put your belongings here and if you’re using this facility currently CHECK YOUR UNIT!! Things may already be missing. They did not clean us out - just took all valuables.
UPDATE: 7/22/25 That response below this post is complete BS. The number they’ve provided below is just main number for the facility. Why would we want to call up and talk to the same incredibly unhelpful people we’ve already spoken with face-to-face? They are providing us no reimbursement for our lost valuables, helped us in absolutely no way, and didn’t even have the decency to say “Wow. Sorry that happened to you.” Nothing. This place is a dangerous scam and anyone that stores their valuables here is making a HUGE mistake. The information they have on their website regarding the security of this location is all lies. They do NONE of what they say they do. There is no video other than on the doors in and out. Anyone can access any floor any time of the day or night. It’s all lies and likely there’s a criminal operation at work. We have retained a lawyer and will be seeking justice and compensation.

My experience renting a storage unit at Extra Space was quick and easy. Manager Anthony went above and beyond to find me the best deal and explain all of the details clearly. I couldn’t be more satisfied.
