When we met with the manager he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He assisted us in finding the right size storage unit and in a great location for unloading our truck. The facility is all indoors and us very clean; its a converted movie theater which is a great idea for larger buildings that are no longer being utilized.

Rent here at your own risk! Negligent business practices.
- Security is a joke, there is a serious chance your stuff will get stolen. I guess if you want to commit insurance fraud this is your go-to!
- All prices are "promotional" and will not last long. You get 2-4 months before it goes up, at which point my rent DOUBLED. Be prepared for a gouging.
- Bring a tape measure. The unit was a full foot shorter than advertised and they refused to adjust rent accordingly.
- Had to request a refund after being charged the monthly insurance fee despite providing our own insurance and confirming with them that they received it AND reaching out to them to ask why monthly billing was higher than the original contract. They said they'd look into it, but never did. (high employee turnover not helping)
I had a storage unit here for four months, and saw police responding to incidents on-site four times. Employees claim they have good security but it is entirely inadequate—units are regularly robbed and the staff/management don't seem to care & just tell people to file an insurance claim. I overheard one employee dismiss a robbery as "crackheads gonna do what crackheads gonna do" yet they turn a blind eye to the fact people are also living in storage units in the facility.
Second-story units have zero security, they are all closed on the top with cheap rolls of wire (like the kind you would use to make a pen for your dogs in the backyard) that could easily be snipped with wire-cutters. It wasn't even well-attached so you could probably just rip up whole strips of it without needing tools. When I was moving in, I talked to someone who rented at the same time as me but was already moving out because they had talked to THREE people who had been robbed in the upstairs units.
Most first-floor units have those cheap horizontal "security" metal bars blocking wide gaps at the top... many of which still have wide gaps or show evidence of being bent out of place as if someone squeezed through to get into the unit. I talked to more people whose units had been robbed when I was moving out, apparently robbers go into empty units, pull the bars apart to get into the one next door, and just go down the row hitting 3–5 units at a time.
I pointed out severely bent bars to an employee when I first toured and he told me to use the insurance if anything happened, and then acted like he didn't understand the concept of "irreplaceable." In my experience it is close to impossible to get the compensation you are owed through storage insurance. They are gaslighting customers every time they pretend a robbery is a one-off.
Absolute joke of a company, they deserve to go out of business.

DO NOT COME HERE! 25 UNITS INCLUDING OURS GOT BROKEN INTO! ARE STUFF GONE! PEOPLE LIVING IN UNITS! BATHROOM IS DISGUISED DIRTY FACILITY - GOING DOWN HILL! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. DO NOT COME HERE!

Devlan (I hope I spelled that right) was so helpful when he called me back this morning. My question was so drawn out I hung up right after I started talking. He called me right back and said he missed a call from this number and wanted to know how he could help. He answered all my questions and was very patient. If I ever need a storage facility I will use this company. I would also recommend it to anyone who ask about storage companies. If I could give him 10 stars I would!

I THOUGHT THIS WAS A GREAT PLACE TO STORE MY ITEMS CONSIDERING IT IS A INSIDE STORAGE UNIT WITH CAMERAS & SECURITY HOWEVER WAS NOT THE CASE IVE HAD MY STORAGE UNIT SINCE THE FIRST GRAND OPENING ONE OF THE FIRST FEW TO HAVE MOVED IN & HOWEVER A WEEK BEFORE I GET READY TO MOVE MY ITEMS OUT MY STORAGE UNIT WAS BROKEN INTO 2 MONTHS PRIOR TO ME FINDING OUT.. I WAS NOTIFIED THAT 24 OTHER STORAGE UNITS WERE ALSO BROKEN INTO & MINES WAS THE 25th AGAIN I WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE BREAK INNS UNTIL I WENT INTO MY STORAGE TO FIND OUT THE TOP OF THE CHICKEN WIRE ABOVE MY UNIT WAS CUT & A GIANT HOLE WAS HOW THEY GOT IN & OUT OVER 10 GRAND WORTH OF ITEMS WERE STOLEN OUT OF MY UNIT & THEY INFORMED ME THAT I WAS ONLY COVERED FOR $2000. THEY RENT OUT TO A LOT OF HOMELESS PEOPLE ON DRUGS & THEY HAVE NO CAMERAS UP STAIRS SO NO FOOTAGE OF ALL OF MY BELONGINGS WERE CAUGHT ON CAMERA I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED DUE TO ME SPEAKING VERY HIGHLY OF THIS STORAGE SPACE. PRIO TO ME NOTICING MY STORAGE UNIT WAS BROKEN INTO I MADE A PAYMENT OF ALMOST $700 & DUE TO THE INCONVENIENCE I WAS NOT REIMBURSED OR AT LEAST GIVEN HALF OF MY MONEY BACK. ITS VERY DISAPPOINTING I AM ANGRY I AM A SINGLE MOM BARLEY GETTING BACK ON MY FEET & I FEEL SO BETRAYED BY THIS STORAGE FACILITY!

Very pleasant service, easy to lease, great quality. I've used Extra Space Storage before and wouldn't hesitate again. The manager at this location is outstanding!
