Great service! The staff was amazing. I had lost my glasses and needed an emergency replacement. Went in with my prescription, choose my glasses, and two hours later my replacement was ready. They were very friendly and made sure my glasses fitted.

Ana, the manager of this location, went way above and beyond to help my son get glasses same day. She contacted another store to get the same frames he needed (they were sold out) and called me back quickly to ensure he didn't have to wait as someone broke his previous pair. Great customer service and A+ as a manager.

Terrible experience. Told me I wasn't covered by my insurance when I clearly was and then gave me the run around about submitting it to my insurance for weeks before finally speaking to a very rude and unhelpful "new gm" (Anna) who said "they wouldn't backdate it" and I would need to submit it myself (even though they're in-network). I wouldn't need you to backdate it if you had submitted it properly the first time. Will not return.

Do not get your glasses from this store. Where do I begin? First, my mother went to purchase glasses here and when we handed them her AARP card they said there was no discount offered because of their by one get one offer. She didnt need two pairs of glasses she only needed one. She was told they could not apply the her discount despite AARP covering $160 for her new pair. Not wanting to argue she decided to move forward with getting both pairs of glasses. When the glasses came in my father was in the hospital dying of pancreatic cancer. She used his credit card to purchase her glasses as she is an authorized user on the card. Fast forward two weeks. My father passed away sadly and the glasses just didnt fit right so she decided to purchase new lens on her old frames and planned on returning the new glasses once the old ones came in. She was told no problem, we will refund you the for the first two pairs. She goes in to get the refund and tells both the Manager Ana and the store rep Oscar that her husband has died and his card is no longer active. No problem they told her. They took her new card and proceeded to refund the first pair. One week goes by and we dont see any refund on her card. She calls them today and Ana tells her that they refunded the money to my dads card and that it is not her problem and she should call her bank. My mother is in tears at this point because she knows that card is cancelled as my father has passed. Instead of trying to help my mother Ana is arguing with her telling her that she has to refund the card that was used even though we told them about my father and the card being cancelled. She had no compassion for my mother whatsoever. To argue with a grieving wife of 42 years when she authorized the refund to the new card and made us think everything was okay is inexcusable. No one in my family will EVER use Eye Glass world again. Ana was rude to my mother on two different occasions and treated her horribly. We all have glasses in our family so you didnt just lose one customer you lost us all.

if i could give a -10 stars i would, brought my new expensive glasses to get them adjusted and the young lady who assisted me decided to heat up my frames to adjust them to my face and she completely ruined my lenses, the heat from whatever machine she was using ruined the lenses so i had to return them and order new lenses, luckily i had insurance or i would been even more pissed. Also found out that metal frames don't need to be heated up so i am not sure why this is a practice they use for their customers. I took my frames to another glasses location in the mall and they did not heat up my glasses but they adjusted them with a screwdriver and fit them to my face perfectly. Obviously wont get any compensation so i will save my fellow blind humans by advising them to NOT purchase or have your glasses adjusted at this location. Thanks for wasting my time that i will never get back.

The GM and the staff at the Oracle and Prince location in Tucson are absolutely so kind and helpful. They made picking out my glasses with such ease. When I went to pick up my new glasses the GM helped to make sure the fit properly and didn't need any adjustments. Thank you so much for making getting new glasses so easy!!!!!

I was able to get my glasses in one day which is a big plus and very appreciated. Upon arrival for my appointment (less than a mile from my house) their internet/phones were down, but 45 minutes later they still weren’t online. I was sent to another location which was about a 15 mile round trip & a 3 hour wait for glasses after my exam. Pretty inconvenient but I was taken care of.

I was in a bind because I forgot my contacts on vacation, and I've never had such wonderful service before. EVERYONE at this location was absolutely wonderful and kind, and went out of their way to save my vacation without asking anything in return. I can't thank them enough, and if a tenth of that attitude comes across normally, you're in fantastic hands.
