Well, most recent package \u003d tracking notify via text, tried to deliver to a business Saturday morning @ 6:58 AM (still closed). List follow-up effort as coming Monday (closed Sunday \u0026 Monday because we're open Saturday). Automated system won't let us schedule the day or time to deliver. Customer Service tells us they don't deliver to businesses Sat morning - we share their system told us twice yes they do (!?!?) I ask how come I cannot use automated system to change delivery date \u0026 time? I'm told drivers have far too many items and deliveries to schedule things (!?!?) I reply that you folks want to make wasted trips instead? Come Monday afternoon, you're going to tell me you've tried to deliver twice already, one more effort, and then gets shipped back to sender, or I can drive 20 miles across city to a bit rough industrial business area to get to FedEx Counter? No thank you. Prior package - driver lied through his teeth in notes! Wrote he tried to deliver on Saturday (ha! - see above!) and on SUNDAY (no, they don't) and Monday mid-morning (I was sitting literally eight feet from the door for five uninterrupted hours Monday AM, another lie). Customer service tells us they can do nothing about the drivers, have no control over them, and no way to provide feedback/input about the drivers (?? What the heck?? What does Customer SERVICE do then??? And drivers can never be disciplined or fired? Job for life I guess!!) I HATE FED-EX!!!! I avoid this lame service ANY time I can! I pay more to AVOID them!!!!!
