I just needed to drop off a package and have them print the label. I went to the store for the second time knowing they needed to access their login to print a label for my package. They still don't know their password and John recommended me to get a box which I did on the next visit. The second time they finally called for assistance to reset it. They told me to go to another store. Get your customer service on check and be organized! If this is my second time coming in and you, John, know your flaws in your system. Please be top on your job!
