I left my originals in the copier on Saturday. When I called, I was told they had them. I said I would pick them up on Sunday. On Sunday, the same person said he couldn't find them, I would have to wait until Tuesday when the manager was in. I requested a call to let me know I could pick them up. NO CALL! So I went in and, after waiting forever, was informed that my originals had been shredded! THESE PEOPLE SUCK! NEVER USE THEM.

Today I needed help returning a package. Scott, the manager at the Tucson Speedway Blvd. location was amazing!!! He helped me more than I could have even thought a business would. From printing the labels, to helping pack and seal the box, it was awesome. He was patient when the label wouldn't email through, and came up with creative, workable solutions until it did. Thank you so much Scott! You are truly a kind person that I so much appreciate!

This location has really nice, friendly and helpful customer service. Parking is a bit tight as there are a lot of other businesses.

I really appreciate Cassandra and her excellent customer service! She went above and beyond to ensure my best options in mailing my perishable packages to Florida. They even arrived one day earlier of the scheduled time! Great job, I recommend this store for mailing packages!

The FedEx staff member in-training who helped me had a terrible attitude from the moment I stepped in the store. He asked me what I needed assistance with, and when I said some printing, he pointed me to the self-service area. When I explained that it is specifically for some missing pages of a vintage book with certain details, he immediately appeared exasperated, as though I was inconveniencing him. He made it seem like I was giving him an insurmountable task and gave little eye rolls and curt sighs. After enduring this unprofessional behavior for several minutes, I told them that if they couldn't help me, I could take my project elsewhere. It was at that point I was told their usual color printer was down and that this location likely wouldn't be able to help me. This whole experience was disappointing, and I was irritated by the poor attitude. They really should have told me that my project was too complicated for them at the very beginning of the encounter and that I would be better served elsewhere. I would have respected their honesty. From this experience, I will unlikely come back for any services.

I was extremely impressed with the quality customer service - GENTILLE IS AMAZING. I literally cannot stop talking about how knowledgeable, friendly and wonderful this experience was for me. I'm a 31 year old who honestly didn't know to ship anything let alone figure out all the options there are for shipping stuff- she was extremely patience and took the time to explain the services - as well as pricing and further more show me the best way to ship items on my eBay store - I'm extremely grateful for her positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond. In this time and age that's extremely rare & this speaks WONDERS about fedex. I will absolutely be using them in the future on the weekly basis :) very happy

Came here to pick up a print order and it was done incorrectly (canvas fault NOT fedex)...our print was done backwards and we need it for the next day. Christian at this location was VERY HELPFUL and gave us multiple options. He corrected the issue on the spot and was able to give us the correct order within 10 minutes. He personally edited our image and printed it himself. 10 stars!! He is awesome and deserves a raise :) thank you so much Christian!!

Everyone here was very kind and helpful! I had a poster and bookmarks that needing printing, but I wasn't sure how to prepare my files. They were able to format my file to print the way I wanted it to and had my order completed in less than 24 hrs. When I came to pick it up there had been an issue with part of my order but they resolved it quickly and gave me a small discount for the inconvenience which was not expected but appreciated Everything was excellent quality, I can't recommend them enough!

Quick and easy! Also saved money because the employee suggested I open a free account. Much better than waiting in line at the Post Office and having to write out my own mailing label. Fair pricing too.
