we have always had great service, but today we were told they "don't do the work while we waited",even though they have done the binding while we waited in the past. sadly the worker at the register had already said she would do the work. The man (manager??) said they don't do binding while people waited. Guess they don't need our business

For self service faxes (in '23 seems like people should quit it with the faxes!) this was a good choice. Super helpful guy working the counters made navigating their monstrous fax set up a pretty tame affair. The prices per page are in the mid two dollar range per page (I know!). They have all the big printers, copiers and shipping goods one would expect in a decent location in Arizona Pavillions. Look for the Panda Express, these guys are in the building right by the Panda which is how I remember to get there. Clean & helpful.

Fast easy service. Had to fax an item because who at this age has a fax machine? Was able to get immediate help and even explained if the fax didn't go through or had an issue to come back with the receipt. Good reliable service and would recommend to anyone.

I submitted a print job via fedex.com to this location. I was quoted $2.98 and said they would call if the price changed. The website also said it would be done the same day. Two days later, no call, so I called them. After letting the phone ring for 3 minutes, they picked up, and couldn't find the order. The finally found it under "Completed" and said "oh, it looks like it's done and is about $14." Needless to say, I wasn't pleased about this bait-and-switch. I never have problems at other Fedex Office locations, just this one.

Amazing experience! I was going to be out of town when a valuable package was delivered. I was able to hold it at this location for up to 5 business days. Pick-up was quick and easy. The store manager, Matt, could not have been more courteous and even helped me load my car!

Worst experience with poor customer service. I was sending a package,and the guy who was working there wanted my driver's license. I gave him the license and scanned my ID. I thought it was just for ID check, but it was for him to scan the address on my ID to copy and paste to sender address on my package. He never asked me what to put on sender address, and he just scanned and put address on my license as sender address. I wanted different address as sender address, because the address on my license is a old address that I just moved out very recently. I reported my address change to DMV,but they said I do not have to change my license if I report new address change. The guy in this fedex office said that I should have gotten a new license with new address,and it is my fault that I have not updated address on my license. I felt like he forgot or too lazy to ask what to put on sender address,and blaming on me. He did not even correct the address, and just sent out.

Had an important print job on a deadline with very specific instructions because the project was going to be bound. The cropping, printing, and cutting was horrible. The panels weren't even the same size. The prints were completely unusable and they charged $70. This would be a one star review except the person working there recognized the mistake, offered to fix it, and then gave a full refund when he realized it couldn't be done on time. Good customer service. I'll probably be back for shipping, but I can't trust their print services.
