This location doesn't have the ability to print your shipping label. And you need to bring it in prepackage elsewhere if you don't have those things. The lady at the counter told me it had been broken forever. So I'm not sure why this is even listed as an option. I will follow-up with FedEx directly. So that way they can rectify this and quit wasting people's time.
