The customer service was 5 star!!!! The lady that assisted me with sending a package was VERY helpful. From printing the label to assuring me it would be taped and sent out. Highly recommend this FedEx Office.

. Today at about 5::30pm ish in Tucson AZ ,
Near thornydale and magee ,rancho Escondido a young male was driving extremely fast with our kids riding the bikes..my son even said he was teasing him ... He continued faster with no lights almost dark time .. .address this Immediately..this is a street with kids and they can be killed or get injured... Train your personnel ...don't be cheap and put the community at risk :(

Best place for passport pictures. They get the lighting correct so picture not dull looking. I’ve also shipped out of here. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Was helping a friend get their business cards printed. FedEx offered next day printing by 1 pm. We were called at 12:30 pm letting us know they were ready.Print quality was good, and they were cut uniformly. You get what you pay for at $12.50 for 100 cards and I feel the product I received was worth the price. Obviously if you want fancier cards you can pay for upgrades or use a more professional service, however they do a great job for the price.Would use them again.

I love going to FedEx office, they are always so helpful, regardless of if it’s for shipping, or printing, they are friendly and quick. I’ve enjoyed every experience at the Tucson FedEx offices. But today “Trish“, Who apparently is an assistant manager and one of three people working, stood behind the register and talked at length to a customer who was finished with his transaction … For a very long time … while I was in line with many other customers just waiting. They were completely done with the transaction and engrossed in some personal conversation… I listened to them for five minutes, but left before I could hear the end of their story. She and her husband are big readers apparently, and they read in different rooms. And so much more. Certainly, she saw the line and that her other two coworkers were diligently trying to help customers. It’s not hard to end a conversation and politely let a customer know that they need to help the next in line. It’s called Customer Service.

I just wanted to leave a huge thank you to Reginald at this fedex location. I left my phone next door at the restaurant while we were passing through on a road trip. Not being able to turn back without delaying our trip, I reached out to fedex to have my phone shipped to our final destination. Reginald was so helpful and understanding of the situation! He took all info and payment over a call and got my phone ready to be shipped to me. I am so thankful for him and his amazing customer service. He really saved me from a huge headache and potentially not having my phone for two weeks. I am so grateful for him!!!
