Avoid this location at all costs!
The employees will not help you and will make up excuses for why they can't ship your package and try to make you buy their products to fix the issue.
Other location took the same package and didn't have any issues with it.
Waste of time!

Worst customer service. I call the store, they give you a computer voice, I end up with someone in India. I just wanted to talk to someone in the store to report i was missing half my prints. Not good!!

Staff had great communication and were very friendly. They let me see my save the dates before they printed the whole order. They also resized and cropped them. Great experience.

Terrible service by the lady on duty. Didn't try to help me but handed me a piece of paper to an automated line. I came in to talk get help because I had already done this over the phone. Waste of time to think they would be able to help me.

I was in a car accident today and I live 80 miles away from my home. My driver’s side mirror was broken and was hanging. FedEx was right across the street and I drove to it all shaken up and Douglass was working and I asked to buy tape and I told him what happened and he came out and taped my mirror with the stores tape so I could get home safely! It’s good to know there are still good ppl in the world. I appreciate you Douglass!

My go to Fedex! I am in here at least a few times a week. The staff is so kind and always so helpful. This is my favorite Fedex in Tucson.

0 stars for Gisselle. Extremely rude for no reason. Major attitude and talk back.
I was shipping a package for my boss and was confused about the express shipping.
Instead of being helpful she was irritable and bratty. I'll make sure to avoid this place in the future.

I had a different print company call me last minute the morning of a very important client meeting telling me their printer broke and they couldn't help me after all. So I went here and the manager, Mark, helped me. He worked with me for hours to get my very-broken PDF to finally print, and he rushed out about 1200 pages of printed and bound documents just in time for me to get to the meeting with everything in hand on-time!
They saved the day for me, thank you guys!

The lady at place did not know how to ship overseas. She kept insisting the zip code I provided was invalid. I have shipped to that address multiple times with no issues and postal code also checks out. Had to use usps, had zero issues with same zip code.

Oh my goodness are the employees rude at this store. They were all sitting around texting, laughing and were not happy they had to help customers. We had a solid box with prepaid label. They tried to sell us a more expensive box but wouldn’t tell us why. We declined and the worker said “whatever.” I have read some of the other reviews and feel better knowing we aren’t the only ones with a terrible experience. They were down right awful. I would never pay to ship here, only had to because of our prepaid label.

Struggled to use their printer to print a document received via email.
Had to clear a jam out of the machine from the previous user, the entire time being watched by an employee, no employees greeted me or offered help. After getting the printing done I went out to my vehicle and assembled my documents. I called to confirm the Notary was in, and was told they do not have in house notary service anymore. But I can go onto the FedExOffice.com website and under the services tab select Notary and do it through a online service or app? called Notarize?

My experiences at this location are always great but today especially; Josie was wonderful and exceeded expectations! I needed a job expedited faster than what the website would allow and she helped to get my job done in just a few hours rather than a 24-hr turn around.
