3/13/24 @ 12:25 pm Manager Mike wouldn't print my order. Told me I have to wait until I get notified that it's ready. Previously I have placed online print order, went to location and they just printed it then. This guy was a jerk. Told me I could wait in the location until I get notification at 3pm. I was there and needed it now. I told him to cancel my order.Update: 2pm they call to let me know order was ready. Wth. This manager doesn't know how to to his job.

Went up to the desk to drop off a package with a pre-printed label. Employee made it clear that I could've used the kiosk instead. Sorry to have caused him 10 seconds of work scanning my package and printing my receipt. Maybe have clear signage directing customers like me, who never go to FedEx, to the kiosk. Unfriendly service but at least it was fast.

The refuse to ship if you don't repack at an exorbitant fee. Total scam. Went across the street to UPS and they were great. No issues.

This is the absolute worst fedex location and I will not go back, I will drive farther to go to a different location.I tried to ship shoes I was returning but they made it impossible. The lady shook the box and there was slight movement of the contents, not fragile contents, so she made me open the box, add stuffing and red tape the box. Then she decided that box was too damaged to ship! It has a slight dent in the corner and was perfectly fine to ship with. She wanted me to get a whole new box!I got fed up and left and drove to another location who took the package no problem, didnt shake, didnt say anything about the box condition and clearly didbt have the same stick shoved up their a$$$.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!5480 E. Broadway Blvd. Is the best place 4 all your shipping needs! I just sent a crib mattress to my sister in Phoenix (in 1 day!) & they made it so easy! They literally have a box to fit ANY thing & reasonably priced too. The Manager was very helpful.

Horrible customer service. Abraham seemed annoyed that I even stopped by to drop off my already packed packages. And the other employee was complaining about the last customer. Uncomfortable experience.

This place is horrible with costumer service made my man buy a box to legit put a box inside of it. Saying his box wasn't sturdy when it was. The girl with glasses needed her male coworker to back her up in harrasing my man to get a box because we read what the box requirements are and we knew our box was fine she had him give his opinion and was rude telling my man he wasn't going to take no for an answer and then again insisted we pay for another box. Which we didn't get reimbursed. She also helped another dude for over 10 minutes when she was suppose to be helping us. These two people make the work envirment sad and need to be replaced I will be contacting corporate. They treated other costumers badly while being there. If u don't like ur job leave and find another one u make the expiernce for people a rude unpleasant one.

I went in because I needed some documents scanned and emailed and on the website it said that those services can be done here. When I got here I was told I had to use the do-it-yourself machines which I absolutely abhor.Waiting in line for 30 minutes just to find out that they only take credit card payments at the do-it-yourself machines and I am trying to pay cash. Looked around for some actual human help and apparently everybody was gone except for the guy that came in to pick up packages. Complete waste of my valuable time. Not recommended at all.

Ms Gentille,Not only were kind and friendly, but what about the great suggestion to shipping my box overnight the next day during freezing, rain, and windy Tucson on 2/22/2023.To back east overnight delivery for 12noon suggested!I use my email address and they would email me the time and place shipped to back east. Thank you!

Never had issues with this store but came in today to send some items to California one employee had no emotions whatsoever couldn't even say hi or may I help you lol gave me my tracking number & walked away. I mean c'mon now smile your employed alot of ppl aren't ?
