Waited at home on a package delivery according to the email package was delivered at 6 34 pm but not at my front door This package is a replacement glucose sensor it is sitting somewhere outside and I can’t get ahold of anyone it was supposed to be delivered today between 11am and 3pm it’s Friday evening and I have no glucose sensor to check my glucose. I am very very disappointed and frustrated that people can’t do their jobs and deliver someone’s package at the right place. This is horrible customer service

I've had to ship a few transmissions out on less than a truckload (LTL) . I go through a shipping broker, but FedEx is usually the more affordable one, but their quality is top-notch. This location has always been very friendly and helpful whenever I have to drop off my shipment.

This fed ex driver pulled into a soccer field complex parking lot...parked in a fire zone and double parked blocking cars from leaving. Haven't been able to find driver. Ochoa park. SMH. 3-9-24 9am

Their shipping section. Is terrible. Fed X was the model of all shipping but now ranked with USPS. They are a bunch of idiots. Keep delivering when I am not home. A bunch of robots and can nor think out of the box. I had to go out off my way and pick up the box. So sad...The manager or supervisor should got out of their chair and hop in their company van and delivered the package at 5pm but their lakadaisical attitude reflects their actions. My recommendation is to try DHL, aleast they care.

The freight office is horrible!!!! They lie about pickup times and delivery times. Everytime you call they give different answers. Whatever fits the lie at the time.

Jamie is the most amazing person! I had issues with incorrect shipping address and she helped me through the whole process. I think I called her 5+ times and each time she took the phone call with a positive attitude and no complaints. A great help; sincerely appreciate you Jamie!

Trucks are being shuffled around so I went to help my father clean his new truck. Inside and out. We set up his CB and speaker. Truck looks much better now.

Driver J Franco is a liar. Been waiting for a delivery since 6:50 am at my fiance's house. Delivery was between 8:00 am and noon. My fiance asked me to call her and said they texted her that J Franco was there. I called her back and puff magically J Franco was gone. He left a door hanger and testified that he knocked, rang the door bell, thought the doorbell was broken and knocked again. The funny thing was I was sitting 20 feet inside the house. NO knock at the door, NO one rang the doorbell, NO reknock on the door. What J Franco did was put a door hanger on the door and left. So now we either have to pay $163 for reshipment or need to pickup a 246 lb item that is 50"x 40" x 36 ourselves. Pathetic !! Don't trust these people !!! Stay away !!

Terrible experience today. Driver is a pathological liar. Driver told my husband one set of lies and then me another set of lies. When he finally delivered our order he claimed he wasnt the same driver my husband had spoken too 45 minutes earlier. Way to go Fedex, you’ve got a real winner.
