I'd like to give less but its not possible. Their whole game is deflect. They will lie to you just to get you out of there. They also dont have anymore info than you can find online. They're worse to deal with because they will actually give you false info about your shipment so they dont have to deal with you. No phone in the store you can call so zero accountability is possible. Avoid fedex like the plague.

I wouldn’t even give a 1 star if I had another option. Rude employees, not helpful, and was told the other FedEx location had my package when I have picked up from this specific company from THIS location on multiple occasions for my business. Looked at the package and it indeed was 2 day air shipping which comes to THIS location not the ground shipping location. Feel like we were all just given BS info to avoid having to help us. UPS has way better service than FedEx.

This facility delivered a very important package to the wrong location. Knew it was the wrong location and would not take steps to get me the package that my move was dependent on. The employees are extremely rude, answered the phone burping and not talking, absolutely no help from management.

This is the 3rd time that I've had a package be on the wrong route and been delivered 3 or more days later than was guaranteed (even after paying additional money for expedited delivery). Unsat overall for service and attention to detail. If there was another option from the shipper I would've paid double or more for that option. Do better FedEx.

Apparently this facility won't print package labels for its customers, as a policy. It would fine with me if they weren't biased and unfair in who they decide to enforce this policy against. The costoner I. Front of me has the exact same issue and got a label printed, package shipped, off and away.
Luis Esquival is the manager and couldn't provide a reasonable and logical explanation for why a shipping company sub station can't print a shipping label that's already paid for one customer, but will do it for another.
Use UPS.

I went when it opened and was told package was on truck , then they apparently showed up but didn't even knock cuz my dogs would bark if someone knocks on door..
