driver dropped of package at random house, i guess doing your job is too much nowadays, i was standing at my driveway when the driver dropped the package at my neighbors, i will never deal with fedex shove your automated customer support system ....

Needed to send a time-sensitive documents out-of-state within days. Had sent one set with USPS Priority Express, but felt uneasy relying on it despite their pledged time appearing sufficient. This led me to send a second set via FedEx Overnight First. Although FedEx cost a bit more, the USPS set of documents are still waiting to be sorted for delivery (past their pledged time), whereas the documents sent through FedEx were successfully delivered before the deadline. I’m grateful for FedEx’s performance here!

I think FedEx delivery drivers are people with little brains, they need to do cognitive tests before hiring them.

As always, I waited at home all day just for your driver to not knock… now I have to waste another day WAITING…just for them to not knock again. I hate getting packages delivered from this company.

I'm lost for words on how terrible this place is. Literally stayed home, sitting by my front door the entire time and never heard/saw anyone come by, but my package status changed from "Out for Delivery" to "Customer not available or business closed." NOBODY ever came by and they just lied. Now forcing me to head to their facility in the middle of nowhere to pickup my stuff.

I needed to ship a spare cell phone quickly and affordably. The friendly customer service gentleman gave me three options for speed and price. FedEx offered the best rates and speed for shipping hazardous material (lithium battery) quickly and in the price range I could afford in comparison to USPS and UPS. Hands down a great experience from a knowledgeable, friendly FedEx employee. I will definitely use this location again in the future.

FedEx you are really going down hill! The last 3 orders, from regular supplier, have arrived damaged or repackaged (FedEx destroyed the box), and a poster tube arrived folded. Folded! Speaking with customer service only gets you major attitude and no help. Online claims takes you through a "ground hog's day-like" nightmarish loop. This is insupportable! Shame on the Tucson crew! I know the quality of my supplier has not gone down. So the delivery \processing team in Tucson must be working overtime to destroy fedex's reputation.
